    really? thats too bad. we all respond differently to certain lifting routines. imo, this new routine is exactly what i need. i used to hit it like this

    day 1 - upper body
    day 2 - off
    day 3 - lower body/abs
    day 4 - rest
    day 5 - repeat

    the biggest problem with this routine is that id be hitting my entire upper body in one day. i felt that even though i was getting lots of rest, i wasn't giving enough attention to each muscle group. i had to choose priority ares, and my other lower priority ares sufferd cause of it. with my new routine, everything gets major priority. plus i get to hit up a wider variety of exercises.

    anybody here play gta san andreas? ive been trying to get all 100% on the flight school so i can have that bad ass apache helicopter spawn at my airfield. its so god damn difficult to get perfect 100% scores on everything. its been really pissing me off, but its makin me want it more and more, so its only a matter of time till i get them all. as it is, i need 3 more, then il have perfect 100% scores on everything

    yea mines usually somethin like

    day 1 chest/tri/traps

    day 2 leg

    day 3 back/bicep

    rest maybe a day but this is offcycle remember were i mostly train like a fool lower volume than i should when im off i just try and maintaine its like i got no ambition

    after i get that, il put the time in on the other schools and get 100% on everything. then il get all kinds of fast cars/motorcycles/ airplanes. haha, i hope i can get the hot ring racer too. that car is bad ass

    well, lifting with lighter intensity is much better than not lifting at all. i know lots of guys that lose all their motivation when they are not on cycle. im not like this at all though. i straight look forward to hitting my upper body.

    thats too bad. i hope i never lose my dedication regardless of if im on cycle or not. hell i doubt il ever lose it cause i feel an obligation to keep all my roid gains, plus im so eager to make new gains too

    yea its kinda crazy when im off cycle thats why i limit the muscles i hit i guess i should design somethin to gain while off lol any suggestion?

    well, imo the fundamental rules for making gains are to eat a good diet, change up your routine occasionally, lift hard, and get lots of rest in between workout days. sometimes its a really good idea to take a full week off from all lifting... especially for me cause i have a tendency to overtrain
