My weak spot are chest and tris I have been doing variations of heavy flyes and its working for chest. And now i think im gonna switch from skullcrushers to heavy close grip bench for tris unless you brothas got somebetter ideas for me

i've gotten away from barbell movements for the chest.......usually incline dumbell is the major exercise we do.......and you gotta do chest dips
