    i dont normally post in the whore threads lol but tonight it seems to be where everyone is. figured this would be a good quick place to vent. lol.. im actually a bit down tonight. i hyperextended my knee today playing ball trying to use that as a way to get cardio and endurance up. i was supposed to take fitness test for pd on sunday. thats not gonna happen. my knee hurts so bad. but the xrays look good and im going to see a knee doctor tommarow.

    ****...that sucks man....this is why i do conventional cardio.....no getting hurt doing that....our buddy keeps trying to get us to do carido like that......i hope your knee is better soon....
