Hey you have the extra Bodyfat like me so one of us need to dig deep and motivate. We have the most room for improvement. I read that you were going to start doing cardio. Diet, training, proper rest, and of course supplements (aka cycle). IMHO if you have what I call the propensity for density (aka fat gene) you have to have a good ratio of cardio and weight training. Sip BCAA's when doing cardio, supposed to help with reducing cannibalizing muscle.

I don't have a lot of home equipment but I do have a nice set of resistance bands and loops, and a couple dumbbells
How did the home workout go?

Also I have decided to stop weighing myself for a while and go purely by the mirror, this is how I used to measure my progress only recently I started weighing myself and in all honesty I am not a fan. We all want to obtain the look that we desire, not always about the weight, the mirror doesn’t lie… the scales sometimes do… (Water, sodium, sugar, hormones etc...)

Damn I hate you more everyday. LOL I wish I could drop bodyfat that easy. I guess that's the advantage of being a youngster.

Why they will be to tight and push up what little love handles you have. Send pics to the rest of the group privately I will take a pass... LOL

Ive consumed about 300kcal of chicken today. Felt ill and had to force that tiny amount down my neck.
Im also feeling a dip in my test atm. Whether or not it is starting to level off i feel vwry sluggish and lazy so to speak.

Having said that. The aggression and focus of todays chest session was one that i dont think ive ever matched before. 2 days on low food and carbs and hit out with this banger. Very pleased.

Chest - about 30 minutes total.

    Flat db flies
1 working set 26kg bells to failure drop to 16kg bells

    Incline db press
1 working set 42kg bells to failure drop to 26kg bells

    High to low pulley
    2 working sets 42kg drop to 27

    Low to high
    1 working set double drop

    20 minutes of cardio.

Intensity dropped considerably on the last exercises. I could have left the gym after presses and had an excellent session. Really burst my arse the day.

Got right engaged and in the proper mindset. That trumps lack of energy any day of the week.

Im away to collapse in the shower now. If i dont post up in the next few hours phone my mum

Just booked me a 90 minute deep tissue massage for Sunday my day of rest. Get some of the built up toxins out of my muscles!

There is a fine line between enjoyable and painful when you ask for deep tissue!!! My massage therapist is tenacious! When she feels a knot she goes after it. I had to say something to her once to get her to hold back just a bit. I sent her a pic of my shoulder 10 days after a massage and it was still bruised, she felt pretty bad and told me I have to say something if it hurts to much. I didn't want to seem like a wimp ... you know male thing!

The best massage that I had was in China. Oh it hurt like heck, but she fixed the constant pain that I had for six months. I couldn’t believe it.

    Showing some improvement I think.
So anyone from the north der ahhh know what Friday night is! Yes we are going out for a fish fry and a couple drinks. I will have baked haddock and cottage cheese for a drink I will limit myself to just 2 Vodka and water with a twist of lemon. Anyone that knows me, knows that for me not to slam 5 Jamison's and diet coke, is a demonstration of will power!

Thanks PBDC.. Back still sucks. It's better than it looks I just can't seem to get lats to show try size? Oh well keep practicing. I was told by a couple experienced woman to practice posing with a video camera. Will have to give it a try. The women that own one of the gyms i go to both compete, are over 50, and look awesome. I am sure I can use the yoga studio with mirrors to practice.

Yes, the only problem is you cannot strip down to your boxers to see your legs.

Working on them, but have lived a good life. Left hamstring is torn and never re-attached. Left hip is titanium, so legs are a bit harder to build. Will post up date on legs next week. Not as good as Eduke, but close to proportionate.

Also quick update on drugs, I have dropped my test and deca to 600mg as oppose to 750, the extra 150 of each I don’t think is worth it at my current level.

    So…

    600 Deca
    600 Test
    400 Mast

    40mg Dbol daily

    Plus ancillaries…

I am leaner this morning, quick dressing gown selfie…. Another 5-6 days of 2900-3000 calories and I should be full abs and core will be nice and tight, my upper body is always lean... And then its time to pack on some solid lean muscle.... Be careful boys and girls, shits going to get real!

Think 150mg of each will do much of a difference? I only thought it might have been overkill with the tren but yeah dropping the tren was a healthy choice... Looking great though!

Haha you know what, sounds funny as hell but a while back I liked my short shorts so much for squats I couldn't squat without them, felt like the regular shorts got in the way and inhibited movement... These kind of materials are superior regardless of the sissy factor

Yeah well I think over kill/making a difference is the same.. at this point the amount of gear is over kill as I can’t utilise all the chemicals at this stage.

1.5-1.7g of gear seems to be my sweet spot at the moment.

It’s all just a big experiment at this point.

Its all an experiment for us all brother. All the cookie cutter shit will eventually leave you sub par or standing holding a broke dick.

Love the darkside. I would have it no other way. We each have to learn our bodies to achieve greatness.

Exactly obs, it’s a strange lifestyle but we are all a different breed... I wouldn’t change it for anything!

    Smashed legs.

Legs are getting tighter bit more vascularity (relaxed)

Another 5-7 days and I’ll up my calories by 100-200.

Feeling the gear and very excited to see where I stand by the end of this now... motivation and dedication is at an all time high, everything is being weighed and macros are being hit gram for gram.

Guess it depends on the lift. Saw a good bargain on adidas powerlifter shoes today, might give it a though, but perhaps a pair of running or indoor sport shoes will do, my feet hurt from most flat bottomed shoes like sneakers.

Which Adidas shoes? I've got the old Adidas adistar 08 have had them for 10 years, good shoes but make sure you know for what they're made for. Can't even warm up on the treadmill with them but they're #1 for squats.

    What do you think?

It's going to be either that or a standard pair of trainers.

Keep pushing Tarzan! With cardio start out walking and eventually graduate.

I agree 100% swimming is a bitch! I did a few laps last week after sitting in the hot tub and it sucked just as much as I remember. You would think a guy that spent 21 years in the Navy would be atleast a half ass swimmer... nope!

I'll swim laps for cardio once or twice a month, but my favorite cardio is skating.
