    5hrs....wow...i do am cardio, but just cause i have to...running eat muscle...a fast walk would be better for fat lose...especially after bb for 5 hrs

    nahh the 3 miles was basically walked and/or slow jog in the am on empty. (about an hour) bball was in the evening, and i drank an amino drink twice. during games.
