    i get up at 6 and do cardio up till i
    eat at 830
    sleep till 11
    eat at 1115
    sleep till 2
    eat at 230
    then i am up for the day....usually

    i have a job...but it is better not to discuss it on the open forum....so yes i get a lot of time to myself to rest, eat and train...

    i wanted to go diving this weekend so hopefully it will clear up. last weekend would've been perfect but i had to get my gear cleaned. so what are your weekend plans?

    Cant do shiat this weekend. The wife is working so Im on babysitting duty. I'll probably be grilling lunch and dinner every day though.
