    dude i know...mine only goes to 170, i was watching markus ruehl's video preworkout and his row machine goes to 4 something then he adds 45's to that...im not quite there yet, but give me time

    deadlifts, chin ups, barbell rows, eagle pulldown, biceps, abs

    i do traps on a different day when i have access to heavier dumbbells
