well, the highest weight i can rep on bent over rows is 150 for sets of 6. i rep 205 on bench, but i havent done that exercise in over 3 years. i just started again a few weeks ago. i rep 55 pound dumbells on incline curls, and about the same on dumbell tricep extensions.
hmmm, what else..
i can rep 150 in one hand on shrugs, 300 on lat pull downs (but usually il try to use perfect form and workout with 220-250
