Thread: Why Cardio & Weights Should Be Split

    Nice post, but as for cardio before a workout... Does this focus on prolonged cardio aka over 20 minutes or so. I tend to do a little cardio before a workout but it is mainly about 5 minutes of jumprope followed by dynamic stretching. So waht you guys think am i doin too much?

    Nice thanks for the reply. Thats what i was thinking, but sometimes reading something makes me think im doin somethign wrong.

    an old post but good info im revamping my workout plan and i think ill start doing some cardio in the AM.. although it's so much more convienant to go from lifting to some quick 15 min cardio.. o well the effort will be worth it (or so im hoping)
