This should be kept near the top at all times! Swole was/ is the man. It's a shame that he isn't here anymore but what he taught a lot of us from a few years back has helped tri-fold!
Dos anyone have a link to the routine cant find it. Remember it being a sticky.
the routine goes something like this...
supersets of leg extensions/leg curls 20 reps each 5 sets ...do a weight where you can physically do 15 mentally do 20
then do 5 sets of squats 20 reps each down 2 seconds up one second, weight is 20 mentally
