4 days- No cardio, and it shows.-Dirty Bulker/Seafood
Strong as an ox though. I haven't been "on" in a year (Jan '05)
Here's my split:
Mon- Quads, Hams, Calves.
Tues- Chest, Tris, Abs.
Wed- Off
Thur- Back, Traps, Calves.
Fri- Off
Sat- Delts, Bis, Forearms, Abs.
Sun- Off
