Sorry guys I have been busy on another board. You only change exercises when your favorite exercise begins to feel funky. By that I mean you start developing what is known as FIBER RECRUITMENT PATTERN BURNOUT and struggle to lift the same amount of weight or progress comes to a halt for a couple of weeks. Also if an exercise starts making your joints ache it's time to switch. Other than that stick with the ONE exercise that works best for each of your particular body parts.

Just use the weight that allows you to hit failure or right at it in the given rep schemes I have laid out for those 3 sets per exercise.

It all depends on diet and genetics.

i tried this workout out it seems quite good , but im not sure about the 3 minute break between each set especially for the last set 11 to 15 reps , i dont know but its like wasting alot of time maybe i could be wrong , but while i was doing dc routine you really suffer with the rest pause and stretching but with this system i found it quite easy

Steer clear of the "Extreme Stretching" unless you want rotator cuff surgery.

    Thanks for the reply
but i dont know how extreme stretching will cause rotator cuff surgery unless you are not warmed up properly as i read alot of articles about the benefits of extreme stretching to fascia growth and i taught your system with extreme stretching at the end would place much more growth on the body
