So you'd recommend training my whole back, upper and lower, and then biceps in one workout? For traps, I notice they don't need too much so could i just stick with one exercise for that muscle group, also how many lower back exercises do you recommend if I do deadlifts on my back day, is that sufficient? Then that would leave me with a legs only day. Does this structure seem better?
