Do you mean from training period.. or from deadlifting?
Cus other goals brought into perspective, taking a week off would be counterproductive at this point.
But i will concede i didn't deadlift last week..and i'm thinking about not doing it later today... And if what you're suggesting is not touching it for 2 weeks, that'd mean that next week i should be able to pull 600
Wouldn't squats (seeing that they're biomechanically similar) affect the CNS in the same manner as deads? Thus by your suggestion i'd have to take a week off from squatting before i attempted a max effort dead?
