this looks like an awsome routine. but would you consider this a BB routine or a strength routine...looks more BB oriented me.

Both, I don't train for strength or size predominantly. IMO of course with most of my routines, with strength comes size.

I hack squat 7plates + a 25 on each side now going slightly below parallel for reps. In saying this my legs have grown close to an inch in the last 12months. You gotta test and try different routines for a prolonged period to see how your body will respond, everyone is different.

So what's the deal? How'd it go, are you dead? lol

Like to see some more ppl try this routine out for 6-8wks and let us know about your strength/size increases before+after.
It's not the for faint hearted and takes some balls to finish.

    Let's hear it.

    UPDATE:

today is actually week 3 of this monster. I enjoy it alot but Ill keep it real, I had to change one thing, I actually had to add a straight set of leg press after the first superset of ext/press. However, I did not do this because the workout lacks in intensity or toughness, I did it for the exact opposite reason, Its Too hard/intense for me to do. Im not mentally strong enough to go all out that fast to make the program work. so in a way the extra set is kind of a "crutch" if you will. The same reason I use wrist straps during deads, Im not strong enough to grip the bar, so instead of loosing them and working on grip strenght, I use the straps and make up for it by working forearms with wrist curls and such. same principal.

I really wanted to stay as true to the program as I could so I do everything else to the T. no disrespect to you **, like i said in the pm, this workout comes straight from hell.

and your right, my the end of the first set on squats/leg ext my quads feel so pumped, never thought it was possiable on a HIT style program. they really feel 2 sizes bigger, I come so close to dropping trou in the middle of the gym in just my tights to flex and see the results, but that might freak some people out....

Unfortunatly, I dont think size gains will be that great if any because im cutting right now, so there is no surplus in cals to support growth. Hopefully though as I lean up, ill see some new nooks and cranny's in my quads.

Finally, I actually look forward to each leg day, wanting to see if I can do more reps each time, and dont dread legs cause this workout is "short" (it seems like you there for 40 mins but the next thing you know its been 100+ mins, it like time traveling) its exciting cause in the back of your mind you think there might be a possiablilty of being crushed under the sled, or that your legs will give out, which they have and do... You gotta try this thing its alot of "Fun"
