Nope - but there is encouragement a plenty. she doesn't think shes strong enough.

I pulled 495 lbs@ 170 lbs 4% bodyfat... while cutting for nationals last year

    500 x 5; 545 x 3 @ 5'6" 212 lbs in february.

Cut for nationals this year... was still pulling 500 for reps.

Right now i'm still in maintenance (resting my body...will start bulking in the new year). I'm at 210 and my dead is still around 500 +. 455 without straps.

When i'm back around 215-220 i'll be at 500 raw.. and probably 585 w/ straps.

thanks. actually, i have squated for a very long time before starting deads, so i had the base, it was just a matter of making the movement a repetitive one

For some reason straps make it worse for me. But that also may be because my straps are worn to shit so they are very smooth on the insides.

i probably could do more with the straps(than my grip would be a double over hand grip, and it would be a more normal ,better bio-mecahnical pull) but i will neve know becasue if icant use straps when i compete, it make very little sense to use them when i train

w/ straps i never get an even spread, and since my hands are fixated to the bar its a proplem to adjust them a quarter of an inch .. so w/ straps its like one side comes up first ><
