    Wow, that's cool that you're seeing such good results on the var. I'm not noticing anything yet (been 2 weeks). Hopefully I'll see some good changes this week. You're still doing 10, right? LOL at all the people's comments...I would take those as compliments in a way, but it would still piss me off that they're being all nosey about it

    wow when I first saw you I would have said you where 5'8+ dont look anything like 5'3 and nice backround representing UFC

    var headaches are pretty bad for me.
    i started drinking a lot more water and less coffee, seems to have worked.

    im running var for 10 weeks.

    so anyone know the max amount of time i should run this dose?
    i can always lower the dose to half if itd be better on me.... to stay on longer

    you can run it max 12 weeks.. but it's safer to run max of 8.. better would be 6 weeks on 6 weeks off.. but 8 won't hurt you..

    did you get your cholesterol tested?? var will raise that pretty good..

    you are a very lucky young lady.. the body type you have is just like my wife's.. you gain weight and fat just like a man, in your lower back 1st..

    what this means is as you get older, you will not develop all the issues most women have with the butts, legs, hips, ankles..

    For you to compete however, you will need to put more muslce on.. So far you are looking very good..

    It really shouldnt tho...in women a standard max dose is 15mg ED...i know a few competitors that used 10mg Ed and had bloodwork while on and didnt affect cholesterol one bit...

    hey!
    Well here is some new pics. they are not with the same outfit, so it my change the way my bod looks. my last set of pics i will use the same clothes as the first pics. I am still working on leaning out my legs, they look better when i flex them right.haha. also you can tell my left calf is smaller than the right, due to my ankle injury ...that sux!

    Things are going pretty good still.
    my knees are really bothering me though.
    and bad headaches too.
    i think i need to drink more water.
    i am taking taurine everyday. how much should i be taking?

    my body is probably about ready to come off the var by now i am sure too. it has been about 10weeks already!! As soon as my contest is done i will be off. i just want to stay on it till then to help keep my muscle with the extreme cutting,and to keep my hardness. do you think i should half the dose starting this week till then?

    I started clen on monday again as well.
    it is going ok. i am having the drowsy side effect once in awhile, my heart beats bug me when i workout too. i get light headed too easy as well, i feel the clen does affect my lifting in a negative way.
    I will try to write more tomorrow about this after the gym.

    Well i completed my cycle saturday!

    haha

    loved it. great results, very happy with it... well the var that is.
    i'll prob never do clen again.

    i made noticeable gains in three months of training and running var at 10m a day. id say "at least" 5lbs of solid muscle... which is good for var since it was slow and lean gains ill most likely easily keep it all.
    people i havent seen in a few months are blown away.

    i could have easily gained more if i was trying to, but i had pretty low calories the last month.. some intense dieting. so at maintenance calories i prob would have gained more muscle.

    i also saw results quite quickly 4-6 weeks. a good cycle time i think would be 8-10weeks..i kept it longer because of my contest. but was ready/satisfied to earlier..

    i'd recommend var to any woman that really has thier mind set on trying AAS.
    with a good/clean diet and regular training a person should see AMAZING results.
