i read before that these were common sides for some, its probably also because i only did 5 for a cpl days than bumped it up to 10 right away.
there isnt really any remedies. i just tried some typical home remedies.. asprin, carbonated water, tea. it helped a little. i was better today.
i didnt feel as strong today tho, but that could be because i tried some hard super-set training for the first time ever and didnt know how i normally would have reacted to those sets.
yesterday the headaches were bad during training, i had to go a little slow as id get dizzy easy, the nausea started when i got home so i just relaxed.
i did read that sides usually subside and dont stay during the whole cycle, so hopefully i wont get these often.its not bad enough to stop the cycle at all tho. im really liking it so far.
i def need to drink more water tho.
also, is it bad if i dont take milk thistle??
i bought a detox tea instead that you drink every day that has lots of herbs and is supposed to clean out your liver and lymph nodes. but im not starting it till next week and you only use it a few weeks at a time.

people are noticing change in the gym already, saying i looked ripped and starting to see more definition (that also has alot to do with macros). some dude asked me if i was on var last week, but that was only after i was on it for 2 days, haha. i thought that was funny tho.
