    It makes me sick when I go into my gym and I see the same guys doing the SAME exercises. Bench press or bicep curls. I really want to tell them to stop wasting my time by occupying equipment.

    And again, yes they have good benefit, but this guy DOESNT ACTUALLY REALISE he isnt doing a full bench press
