    I just got back to training a few weeks ago, bulking right now, i've gained some fat but my abs are still very visible..

    I think this guy looks super. Genetics, who cares. What I see in this guy is someone who looks pretty damn developed all over. It makes for a great look. Super job.

    I really have no idea but once i measured arms and they were at about 19", i'm gona take measuremenets before this next cycle i'll post'em up.

    honestly, if i had to guess basing on ur muscles at 16, ur prob in the 0.5% of muscle genes. Good gains, you start cycling seriously and ill pay a ticket to see you at mr. america.

    ur a f'n beast man! ur right where I wish to be one day...maybe a lil smaller bc I don't have NEAR ur genetics. looks like it was easy for u to gain eight when u were younger...I'm the opposite

    Thanks but understand something bro, genes dont build ur physique by themselves, i worked extremely hard to get to where i am today.

    Also forgot to mention that i also do Krav Maga, a form of martial arts..the training is very hard and it keeps me in good shape also.

    Here's a sample of my diet i posted on another site, its nasty lol but i love it and it works for me.

    Wake up: 2-3 Scoops Protein (Whey 24g/scoop).
    Meal 1: Egg Whites+Oatmeal.
    Meal 2 (Pre-WO): Chicken Breast+Brown Rice+Vaggies.
    PWO: 2-3 Scoops Protein+Dextrose (Whey 24g/scoop).
    PPWO Meal 3: Chicken Breast+Oatmeal+Vaggies.
    Meal 4: Tuna in WATER+Potatos.
    Meal 5: Same as Meal 4.
    Protein Shake (2 Scoops) with WATER.
    Meal 6: Tuna in OIL+Vaggies.
    Meal 7: Cottage Cheese+Olive Oil+Vaggies
    Meal 8 (sometimes): Protein Shake (2 Scoops) with MILK.
