This is BS for newbs! This is for someone on steriods. If you eat 5,000 cals natural you will only get fat.

I am so glad I got to see these videos!! If I were a personal trainer I would make the required viewing for my clients!
This is exactly what I was looking for. Knew my diet sucked and this explained everything so I could understand. Now the challenge, to make changes to my diet.
woah! What big beefcakes they have. My model
Well, this will be excellent to get my basics straight when it comes down to nutrition !
Hope I can find similar stuff for supplements & training methods !
Thank you mate !
Thank you for posting this you gave me more motivation to stay in the diet forum more than the antibolic forum
i saw the clips on 12-08 when u posted them and about 50 more times after that, and i got em saved on my phone, thanks bro, much good info
awesome vids - I learned a lot of new things and got some refresher info on others. Thanks for posting that.
these are awesome...he is actually a quality instructor, much better than the average prof at my univ.
I can honestly say this has helped me alot, I will admit that it is sooo easy to get stuck in a rut when it comes to dietary approach and these videos really helped me get out of that rut.
I now keep carbs high on workout and non-workout days and am just seeing amazing results, not only looking full instead of flat but mentally I am in a better state of mind for my workouts.
I am going to watch these again and again.

how do you download these to itunes or an ipod? Thanks for posting....learning about nutrition is the most important aspect and this certainly helps. Thanks Ninja
Really good stuff! Thanks for posting. I'm about to change my diet to what he is saying this week.
Good stuff, A+++++++++++++++
This is the diet bible. Glad I ran across this post.
I learned alot, and even things i knew, but couldnt explain, now can be....these are great for anyone at any level...thanks alot
This thread is absolutely amazing. I've built my diet off of this. Most information I've ever gotten out of a thread / book / online video in reference to dieting and training.
Thanks for the post / stickie.
Great video. I am amazed at the amount I learned.
Has anyone seen the training DVD's?
jus watched the first 1 there top
i dont know if i understood it correctly but he said for 1 pund of muscle your body uses 69cal a day!!and that is def not correct..
Depends, how many pounds of "Muscle" do you think you have? Somewhere between 40 and 60 for a good sized bodybuilder. All else is bone, organs and tendons. 50lbs X 69kcals= 3450Kcals/day Add in TEF and Brain Glycogen and it sounds about right. What I want is a formula that calculates muscle mass v. lean mass.
anywhere where i can download this? the dl links are dead.
Awesome, finally someone who knows what hes talking about.
