yeah it also relieves the stress, my theory was that if i give up the demon drink and get on the gear the extra aggression will help me train better and relieve the stress more, whats your opinion on my theory? bearing in mind i was probably drunk when i came up with it lol

Problems and/or stress is still there when you sober up. Use the stress and forward it to your workouts and you will be amazed at not only your energy level but with the progress you will make. It's too convenient for people to make excuses for everything. It's really just a matter for the individual and whether or not they want to man up. You know how it goes....My wife left me...$ problems...bad day at the office...the list goes on and on. You need to address your alcoholism imo. Good luck.

Well Personally i thought it would be hard to resist Booze on my first cycle (being in college and Everything) but i found it fairly easy. People told me why not and all that.
As for roid rage and Booze, i expierenced none. I never felt more euphoric amd happy wehile i was on cycle

I;ve drank on anadrol aswell without any harm.
If that's you in your avy then the thread starter should take whatever advise you give with a grain of salt. You've done "cycles" and you look like that? How about you stop posting and start reading and researching. Your post is very uneducated.

man lots of haten here,, you can use the alcohol to put on your ass before u inject, thats about it,, i love to drink too and i am 40 but cut it out while on a cycle, except special occasions, infact i use to drink a pint of crown with coke my favorite, but i put it aside just now and then, and as for your gurl i would ditch her probably high maintenance, and constantly keeping up with the young life style, ots of hot 30 yr olds out there

so Im sitting here reading the new muscular development magazine and theres a little article on nutrition research that says drinking two beers a day reduces the risk of stroke, heart attack and blood vessel disease..it goes on but im not gonna type the whole thing, but it also doesnt recommend going out and getting pissed on 15 beers either..might make ya feel a lil better..but still might want to reconsider drinking to reduce stress

I hear you bro Im in the same boat 3,4 even 5,6 a night week ends 12 , 15 hell if I brun a little 20 , 25 But on the cycle no beer all week, weekends two light beers a day it is very hard at first but your cycle benefits way better and like someone said you mite even like not drinkin you will find he is just tryin to convince him self , but with out drinkin you will sleep way better which will definity help your gains

I think 1 or 2 BEERS a week, would not hurt anything, unless you were getting cut for a contest, in that case the high amount of carbs would be the bigger issue.

When I am not trying to cut, I will often down a beer, or even two with a nice rare 16 oz. Prime rib.
