Thanks mate, body fat was measured at 4% by my friends electronic calipers but thats way out imo. I'd say perhaps 7% - 8%, any input is welcome. I bulked up from 86kg to 93kg then dieted down to 83kg. My bulk wan't quite as benificiual as I had hoped but then I used low doses of test enanthate due to concerns about hairloss. I only stacked it with Insulin.
Over 4 weeks I ran approx:
1 week of DNP 400mg pd T3 25mcg pd tapering up to 100mcg pd
2 weeks of Clen 100mcg pd - 160mcg pd T3 100mcg pd
1 week of DNP 500mcg pd (frontloaded) T3 1 week DNP 400mg pd T3 100mcg pd tapering down to 25mcg pd

BTW I ran test prop at 350mg pw during the cutting phase then came off everything and ran PCT.
I think my cut went very well and the sups I used were key to that along with my diet and training.
