    well i changed some things around today and posted it in the diet forum and llrockyll said it looked good.....i uped my calories and my carbs....and im gonna stay between 2200 and 2600 cals a day then every few days ill jump up to like 3500 cal and more carbs....this way my body dont get used to the whole low carb thing and stop burning...and i wasnt talking about my diet either as far as sugestions i was talking about the order i do my cardio and my weight training....but as far as what you said i did take your advice and up my intake.

    Get a accurate bodyfat test done with good calipers then eat calories according to your lean mass.

    um i havent read the whole thread buy cyp and fina i would go prop if oyu can less water.

    Personally you need more muscle to get that cut look i would eat more calories. you arent going to get to fat on tren. i would go 2500 + to 3000 cals youll get a nice lean bulk. maybe add winstrol last 5 weeks and then take cals back bit.

    I wouldn't eat that low unless i had a competition very shortly. its hard to build any muscle like that. also how many cycles have you done? and your age . if you want to look more cut you gotta add muscle thats why i think eating so little while using tren is a waste and your not competiting so you want to add some muscle. just my opinoin sorry if i missed anything post your training program up like your split.
    ok as far as body fat and lbm goes.....we have a crappy electronic one at the gym that is way off....so that is something im deff going to have to do....but about 6 or 8 moths ago a nutritionist came into the gym and did a 7 or 10 point skinfold whatever it is..he pinched a lot of places.....and after he calculated everything he told me i had 225 pounds of lbm.....i know that has nothing to do with now, but muscle memory is a good thing......but im deff gonna have to get the skin fold again by someone experienced.


    training split:
    monday: bi's and tri's
    tuesday: chest and shoulders
    wendsday: legs
    thursday: Bi's and tri's
    friday: back
    saturday: chest and shoulders
    sunday: off

    i hit my bi's and tri's twice a week cause once a week wasnt working
    and i train my traps and rear delts on chest and shoulder day as well as back day...and maybe on saturday ill hit a quick little second calf workout. i do A.M. cardio 5 to 6 days a week along with cardio after i lift 5 to 6 days a week

    i like to hit problem spots and the muscles that are just hard to get to grow twice a week...should i change anything? also depending on if i had a good workout for the diff groups at the begginig of the week i will go light the second time around or maybe ill add a day off but if not its balls to the wall the second time around ....but im going to switch it up in a few weeks anyway....ive been looking at some good workouts in muscle and fitness.

    in all honesty im trying to get as much bf off of me as possible untill the cyp and tren really start to kick in...once they do im goin to up my cal and carb intake up.....and like you said watch what i eat and get a good clean lean bulk going on....cause once the tren and even the test really kicks in it will hook up with the AR in my fat cells and really start burning the fat off....as for me getting the cyp...i was supposed to get the prop but my guy came back with cyp....and i had already ordered my comp th and kit and i need test to go along with the tren.....ive already got my arimidex and clomid so im not to worried about water retention....as long as i drink my water..do my cardio and watch my diet and take the AI and pct i should be fine....im also going to try and add some mast for 4 weeks at the end but i need to move and get settled in before i do that.....if i get the mast i deff aint going to have to worry about gyno....atleast thats what ive read.

    cycle exp: 2 cycles of dbol in HS (didnt know any better and was stubborn but i had a good reason to do it the first time) the second time was just for shits and giggles(again didnt now any better)
    1 cycle of tren, test prop, clen, t-3(did all kinds of research on that) in the end the t-3 didnt agree with my body and i started to go into allergic shock (i looked like the thing from fantastic 4 cause i had so many hives on me) my throat also started swelling luckly my mom new what i was doin and she is a nurse so she took care of me.....this cycle did me right....i was 275 33% bodyfat....at the end i was 246 16-17%bf and i stayed like that untill i started working on the road...it was all down hill from there, but i damn sure aint 275 33%bf again.


    ive got a good idea of how im going to achieve what i want its just that somethings need to get tweaked a little bit....and i know that. i dont know everything and thats for damn sure but one that that i do know for a fact is that this cycle worked for me once and it will do the same for me again espicially now that i watch what im eating and i dont go out and get ****ed up every weekend.

    forgot to post my chest and shoulder routine.....felt awsome btw...very good workout today.

    flat bench warm up 2 set of 10 w/135
    2 sets of 225 for 10 reps
    2 sets of 245 for 8 and 6 reps
    1 set of 15 w 135
    incline dumbell press 4 set of 10 with 70's
    incline dumbell flys 4 sets of 12 with 40's
    didnt get to do cable crossovers cause some doosh was hogging the machine and i had to get other shit done
    seated military press 4 sets of 10 with 135
    triset: 3 sets
    dumbell front raises with 35;s 10 times
    lateral raises with 20;s 10 times
    bent over lateral raises with 20's 10 times
    superset: 3 sets
    smith maching shrugs with 315 15 times

    no cardio tonight i got there late and they had to kick me out
    dumbell shrugs with 100's 20 times

    the last diet you posted didn't look bad at all, the only thing I have to say is i prefer no shakes, i feel food is all you need you should replace the shakes with some whole food..

    and in my opinion, it seems you rely on steroids to make any progress, why not learn how to do it naturally first, thenwhen you understand how yuor body works you can do a well planned cycle for maximum results

    your right i do rely on them to get my weight off witch aint right but i have gone on actual diets and been on xenical at the same time and did cardio all the time (highschool during baseball season sprints and polls all teh time) and i only lost about 2 lb a month....and these were like doctor recommended diets......along with a prescription to xenical. and i just got tired of it and did did my first real cycle and i had some major changes.......trust me when your nickname in high school is TITTIES you get motivated to lose weight.....but my body just didnt let it happen.

    well i dont think what i ate today was bad but i couldent get exact #s cause my mom decided to cook some food worthy of eating tonight and i didnt get to split my meals up to much cause i woke up late today so i had a shake with my first meal...here it is:

    im not even going to post the totals cause i couldent even get the numbers for everything.....but im sure i took in more than enough carbs and protein and everything else today....so as far as diet goes im counting today as a complete failure....unless you guys say otherwise....but on a good note i had a good leg and ab workout today...ive got numbers for that

    squats: 1 set of 15 with 135
    4 sets of 10 with 225
    leg extenstions: 4 sets of 10 with 130(squeezing the shit out of them)
    seated leg curls: 4 sets of 10 with 130(slow and squeezing the shit out of them)
    standing calf raises: with 315 for 4 sets of as many as i could
    seated calf raises with 135 for 4 sets of as many as i could

    decline crunches: 3 sets of 25 with a 10 lb medicine ball
    russian twists: 3 sets of 20 with 10 lb medicine ball
    oblique crunches 3 sets of 20

    only 15 mins of cardio tonight i need to get to the gym earlier

    i just posted this question in the pct forum but if i want to start taking my adex just so i dont have to worry about water retention as much as well as the possiblity of gyno....how much will .25mg affect my gains......btw i dont have any of them occuring

    ok so i just got done at the gym doin my A.M. cardio and according to the scale im up 3 or 4 pounds from 249-250 to 253....im def starting to fill out again....and im leaning out a lil bit too....im really waiting for my test to kick in but im only goin in week 2 i know i have atleast 1 or 2 more weeks b4 i start feeling the cyp....the tren has def started to kick ive been a bit more agressive than normal and i dont know if it is the aderall im prescribed or the tren but i def lay in bed for several hrs b4 i go to sleep....im gonna try and post some pics toward the end of the week to see if there are any changes....not necessarily from the AS but from eating the way im supposed to....i also uped the A.M cardio from 30 to 45 mins...also gonna start posting the diet and workouts again...i got busy with a new class last week and really didnt keep track of things like i should have i just ate what i knew was good.

    did chest 2day...awsome workout....i dont know if im just pushing myself harder or muscle memory is starting to come into affect but on flat bench i pushed 225 for 10 reps with no prob....trew on 275 and got that for 8 reps for 2 sets and then just for shits and giggles i put on 315 and hit that for 3 reps.....deffinitaly made me happy.....i think i might start off with 275 for now on.....and go for 3 or 4 sets of 8-10.....im thinking im also gonna change up my routine so i can focus more on my muscle groups and so i dont get rushed in the gym.....also, i started to feel the tren really kick yesterday....not all the way yet but the NO levels are starting to get up there....the pump was there but not as much as i remember im sure ill really be feeling it by the end of this week...and im gonna be posting some pics for the 2 week mark dont know what to expect but im sure there will be some change.

    Your diet its absolutely haywire man. You have 700kcals in meal 1, next meal you have 200...that is just terrible. Next meal you have 350kcals, then back down to 200 then after that 655kcal. I dont know why you would fluctuate it so much. Also consuming isopure is a bad idea imo in any cutting diet. It is an isolate protein. If you must take an iso-whey at least do yourself a favour and add fat to the meal.

    But overall your calories are just all over the map and make no sense. You also go from having 50g protein in some meals to over 80g in ther meals.

    You need to try to distribute your calories more evenly. And when they do fluctuate it should be to suit a specific purpose. ie. higher in the first meal and PWO perhaps, lower in the last meal etc etc.

    Like others have said I would cut out the fluid calories you are relying on. One shake a day is plenty. Now I didnt read through the whole thread so if there is a reason you MUST have the shakes (for work etc) so be it but its just not optimum thats for sure.

    You are keeping cals between 2200-2600 then you wanna jump to 3500 on refeed days? Man you wanna add in 1000 calories on a given day? Way way wrong, thats too much.

    You should ne keeping protein CONSTANT every meal every day imo.Cycle through carbs and fats to keep your body guessing and thermogenesis regulated. No need to up it by 1000 cals a day. Add in lie 1-2 extra carb meals or something to that effect which would be a few hundred cals.

    i have changed more things around.....i do not have as many shakes throughout the day anymore and my meals have been more balanced like you said they should be...actually my meals have been around 410-500 cals at each meal since i cut out replacing meals with the shakes throughout the day. i get anywhere from 50-60g protien 40-50g carbs and 5-10g of fat at everymeal.....i do cut the carbs big time as the day progresses though....like later on at night...i get to the gym in the monrin or afternoon(that doesnt help) do my cardio on an empty stomch come home do homework for a few hrs then becak at the gym from 6 or 7 till it closes at 9....so sometimes i need to pack it in when i can.....plus work on some days dont make it any easier....and the fact im trying to get things ready to move aint helping....ive been really busy these past few weeks....so i try to eat when i can as healthy as i can and still hit my totals at the end of the day....its just hard for me right now...i mean regardless of how crappy and off things are im still eating better than what i used to and im getting the things i need..... i know i really need to dial it in....and thats a fact.

    well i did deadlifts for the first time yesterday and they are awesome...its my new fav workout...the guy that was showing me how not to **** myself up had me figure out where i was....started off with 135 3-5 quick reps.....and just kept working up till i got to 495...it whopped me the first time cause my form went to shit and i wasnt expecting to turn bright ass red, but i wasnt about to let myself get handled so i tried it again...and got it.....lets see what kind of gains start coming now that im goin to do these twice a week if my body feels up to it...also going to try and get some pics today to see if i have made some if any improvements within these past 2 weeks....i think i have....i sure feel like i have.

    weighed in at 243 tonight.....this is the lightest i have ever been since i weighed 275....im ****ing pumped....i started to feel the test kicking in yesterday durring my back workout...best back workout ive ever had..intensity was way up...it was great...people were asking me if i was ok....hahaha...i thought it was funny.....ill be trying to post more pics sometime next week prolly on saturday at the 4 week mark.

    I can't believe you do bi's and tri's and the next day you do chest...if I did that I'd never get a good chest workout and my tri's would be over trained...but if it works for you....great

    i get a good chest work out in believe it or not......it dont really bother me....but i just made a new training split that i will be starting on monday....its more appropriate.....un fortunitaly im going to have to go against some of the things i really dont want to do like work out my bis with my back.....cause my back workout is insane but things got to change if i want progress. here is what the new split looks like.

    mon: chest/tris
    tues: shoulders/traps/abs
    wed: back/bis
    thurs: legs/abs
    fri:chest/tris

    i will be doing cardio 6 or 7 days a week possibly 2 times a day if i can or if i feel like it......also the days will be rotated so i can hit 1 group 2 times a week...like you see here i will hit chest/tris monday and friday this week then next week i will hit shoulders/traps/abs on monday and friday.....and so on and so forth its gonna be different weight with diff rep ranges as well for those 2 days....do that for 8 or 12 weeks then switch it up again.



    also im gonna try and cook all my food for the week im gonna try and past everything tonight once i get done....its gonna be a busy night.....but its all good and it will deff be worth it.

    ive been seeing progress all over but my back seems to be making a huge improvement....im sure a lot of it has to do with the fact that i recently started training back hard and i have added deads into my back routine....back day is actually my fav day at the gym.

    Hey bro good luck with your cycle considering the same cycle next spring to get out of my all natural winter hibernation buck... keep us updated on your progress, and don't take it too hard the reason most of the people here dont agree with your cycle is because we see this all the time. People that dont a great diet/workout routine turn to roids for a quick fix and end up gaining/loosing 30lbs while on gear only to loose their gains in a couple of months because of lack of knowledge and skill, youve obviously made up your mind so I wont try to get in this argument, only thing I want to add is that you said

    i dont lift 2 times a day i do cardio twice a day usually .....im there in the mornin doing my a.m. thing on an empty stomach then i go back later on in the day and do my weight training and more cardio most of the time....also im not sure if i posted it but i just started a new routine today

    i know some guys were at you about diet but guess what there rite. From the last diet you posted i would up your cals possibly another meal 5 seems a bit low, get rid of the whey isolate any other time than PWO its garbage otherwise if you like shakes try casein its much better.
    If your cutting shoot for about 400-450 cals a meal nomore (x 6 would give you a range of 2400-2700)
    i dont know what supplements you take but BCAA's and Glutamine work very well whilst cutting to maintain LBM.

What are your goals, to put on more weight or just lose fat and cut? Reason i ask is becuase there are definately areas that you can work on to bring out more which would help with your overall figure.

    my main focus is to lean out......but packing on a few extra pounds lbm would be a plus.....i have just started a new training split yesterday so im sure thats gonna cause some new growth too.....shit man anything you see that i need to work on to bring out my over all figure let me know..... anything helps....the one thing that is really pissing me off though is right around my kindeys...that lower part of my back is killing me......its keeping the love handles there it seems like.....but like i said fill me in on what you think...and thanx for the input as well

    Hey man, you're making some good progress so far. Keep it up!

    Just a warning, and I'm telling you this because I have the same problem. It looks to me like your gyno is growing. Are you experiencing any gyno growing symptoms ie itching, pain, etc? If so, I'd jump on some anti-e's quick!

    As for losing that last extra bit of fat. I'd give napalm a try towards the end of your cycle. I've read some good reviews on it.

    thanx for the good words man.....i know, ive got the bitch tits....but its only fat...i think....ive had them bad boys my whole life......i have been using adex everyday since about 2 weeks into the cyp at .5 mg to help cut down on the water as well as trying to avoid gyno as much as possible......honestly i havent been feeling any itching or pain or anything like that......there are no lumps in there either....but ive been keeping an eye out though cause that is the last thing i want......napalm ...like the real shit......how do u use that and how exatly does it work.....ive never herd that b4.....thanx again bro..


    also more pics soon to come....hopefully on saturday or sunday i wonder what things are gonna look like now......cause as weird as this sounds i look at myself in the mirror and i feel like i look funny....i dont know why...hahaha..is that normal for seeing yourself making changes??????

    ok well i just realized that i said i was going to cook everything for the week and post it broken down into my meals but i just moved and when i thought i had to time do it i had to unpack more and do this and that to get my place together...the gym has been constant though.....it is not broken down but i am gonna give a list of the foods that i eat throughout the day....at any given time...its just really hard get everything exact right now since i just moved and it is just me trying to get my shit together.

    grilled chicken
    tuna
    lean ground beef
    eggs
    brown rice
    whole wheat pasta
    whole wheat bread
    oatmeal
    kashi go lean crunch
    boiled or baked potatoes
    broccoli
    rice cakes
    natty peanut butter
    1% cottage cheese
    some fruits (oranges, pineapple, canteloup)

    i will usually mix the lean beef with some broccoli sometimes some whol wheat pasta
    i make the tuna with the cottage cheese and might have it on a sandiwch
    ill eat the cottage cheese by itself
    i might snack on a rice cake with some natty peanut butter or have either one by itself
    eggs anytime during the day not just breakfast (i take half the yolks out)
    eat the grilled chick by itself or with broccoli and a baked potato or some of the pasta or rice....sometimes by itself if it is late
    fruits i keep for the mornin or during the day.....ill cut out the carbs after 7 or 8...i might eat some broccoli after that but thats about it

    also if im really hating the food i might put some manwhich sauce on it just to jaz it up just a lil bit to get me through

    my cheat day...i might go out to eat but for the most part i just put my cookin abilty to use and chef it up a meal....i dont go crazy i just might add some extra things.....thats what im goin to school for BTW is to be a chef...i want to try and make healthy food taste just as good as the food you eat when you got out.....except you dont have to wrroy about what you order.

    i am goin to add ground turkey, some kind of fish fillet(talapia, tuna, snapper, anything), asparigus, spiniach, and i dont know what else i will figure it out....but the foods listed above are the foods i have been eating at any given time during the day....i know its not put together but its what i eat...its not shit food i know that much...its just hard right now....im really hoping after this weekend i can put it all together so you guys can really see whats goin on.....also anything else you guys think i can add to my menu let me know.....any variety helps.....im not a big fan of sweet potatoes but i will eat them if you think i need to....keep in mind im trying to suck weight and get a lil lean bulk goin on as well...i guess that goes hand in hand in my case

    if im being to strict let me know if im not being strict enough with my food chices let me now.....im not doing this as a fad just to get to where i want to be i want to have all the peices to a complete change in lifestyle and im thinking this is the final peice to the puzzle......thanx guys....

    just got back from the gym......had a great workout...so far all my workouts have been great this week since i changed up my split......it is deff more efficiant and on top of that it is new so more progress is deff on the way....it was back and bis today...i didnt do deads though....i was spent b4 i got to my bis so i decided to not do deads......im curious.... can i just do them a day on there own along with some cardio and abs or should i for sure throw them in on back day....and if i do should i do them before my bis or after....cause once i do my deads im shot.....i dont want no more after i get done.

    You can do them on their own day but make sure they aren't too close to other heavy lifts like squats.

    When i first started doing dead i use to be the same way, after deads i was, umm, dead. After i started doing deads more often they not longer tired me out like they use to. Don't get me wrong i can feel the workout but it doesn't take me to the point where i am no longer able to give 100% on other movements.

    I change it up. Sometimes i will do deads first (pullups as warm up) other days i will do them last.

    sweet...i do legs tomarrow....then its chest and tris again friday...so i guess saturday should be fine to do them...but my split is on a rotation to where i work out 1 group 2 times a week..like this week i do chest and tris mon and fri...next week i do shoulders and traps mon and fri and so on and so fourth...so im gonna have to pay attention then...yea man those things drain me right now.....ive only been doing them for 2 or 3 weeks now..... i love em but man i need to sit down in between set when i do them....how does doing them to start the workout work for you....cause ive thought about it and i was gonna do it today but i decided not to.
