well i changed some things around today and posted it in the diet forum and llrockyll said it looked good.....i uped my calories and my carbs....and im gonna stay between 2200 and 2600 cals a day then every few days ill jump up to like 3500 cal and more carbs....this way my body dont get used to the whole low carb thing and stop burning...and i wasnt talking about my diet either as far as sugestions i was talking about the order i do my cardio and my weight training....but as far as what you said i did take your advice and up my intake.
