If I were to do something I would never do, that's what I would do
Start at 1ml each shot for a week and a half or so, then consider bumping up from there until the desired size or pain threshold is met, whichever comes first, then run a maintenance dose to maintain as the fascia stretches. Don't exceed 3ml in each shot regardless, or you won't be happy with the results. All joking aside if you do decide to do this, make sure you have appropriate leave time from work or school, as it is likely you will quickly be in a position where you can't walk for a few days or more.
i will just try 20ml each 10 ml in each 10 days and will see how it goes from there,just to clarify 1ml totalling 10ml in 10 days for each calf i.e 20ml total
