I have done both long and short cycles. And I have to agree with this post 6 week cycles work best for me. I think it may be an individual thing. Not an across the board recommendation for everyone.
One should simply try the shorter cycle's and see if it works for them. But it should work best if you do it for a year. Cycle off cycle off, etc for a whole year. The progression is key.

Not sure about Dbol and anadrol for blood pressure and bloat sides.
