all the training routines I read in magazines seem to suggest 3 or 4 excercises with one warmup set and 3 working sets.
I always feel like that isnt enough and I end up doin 5 excersies with 1 warmup and 4 working sets usually I.E
pullups 4x 10-8-6-4
deadlifts 4x 10-8-6-4-1 rep max
lat pulldown- 4x 12-10-8-6
dumbell rows 4x 10-8-6-4
close grip pulldown 4x 10
Pullups and deadlifts are the meat of my back workout the rest I switch periodiclly.
I only work back once a week so I feel like im not overtraining somedays i'll even feel like I should do more
