    Day 11

    4th injection today in left shoulder. Today was the first time it hurt in the shoulder I think I pinned to low but I guess I'm good. Thats it for today will come back later to post training

    Now that you are about to start PCT what were your overall gains as far as size in the arms, chest, quads etc? Did you lose any fat while putting on those 10lbs?

    My shoulder is stiff as hell, and really was a pain last night to sleep on. Any advice on how to ease it up a little. I'm sure it was a bad pin and I'm pretty sure because I shot to low on shoulder.

    Training: Arms (training with someone else so not sure what we will do)

    hey I started the same cycle on august 9th but my dose is 500mg of test. my stats are almost identical to yours as well so I will be keeping an eye on this so we can compare gains. hopefully it works out for the both of us. my 5th injection is tomorrow morning and i have only been pinning glutes

    Alpha: thats whats up man keep me updated on the PM just hit my 5th injection today too I hope it goes good for the both of us. Are you regreting not running Dbol tho?

    no doubt man. I am sorta regretting it but not really. I want to see how the test works for me so if I get sides, I know where they are from. My second cycle will be test with either deca or dbol, i havent decided yet. hopefully we both get the results we desire.

    have you noticed any effects yet? I personally havent and its driving me nuts lol

    Today was my 5th pin of course hit in the shoulder... I actually saw more blood than usual and its odd cus when i pulled back on plug there was no blood but i think while I was injecting i pushed needle in further so I have to watch that. (pinning with 22g 1.5 and usually leave about 1/4inch out) But overall no pain. Now I was wondering when I pin I usually put needle to skin and push in slowly...am I suppose to like jab it in?

    Training: Chest and Biceps (gotta do more for arms I need them)
    ...not sure what I'm going to do today but I have a pm workout so I have time

    Split this week looks like

    Monday: Chest/Bi's
    Tuesday: Legs
    Wednesday: Off
    Thursday:Back/Tri's
    Friday:Shoulders
    Saturday: Light Arms
    Sunday: OFF

    I would love to have a critique on my split if anyone can do that for me. Really trying to blow up upperbody and get arms to grow for once. Shoulders are genetic and come easier but chest and arms trying to get the most for them really. My wheels are good especially hams they are mini Kai joints.

    thats the exact same split I used last month before switching it up, except my saturday was an off day. I feel like I would just be overtraining my arms since my workouts are so intense and I don't want anything to interfere with recovery

    Whats your split like now because I'm afraid of overtraining as well? And yeah I want to see how this test works and if I like my results I will run again with dbol or deca as well still kind of unsure about that deca, they say if you are worried about sides eq might be ther better choice so i might check that out too

    hey mate

    JUST IMO i dont think u need to do a light arm day, ders no purpose in that, training is meant to break down and stress muscles, then the anabolic steroids are meant to help recover, doing light arm training does nothing but precent ur recovery abilities, dont bother with it

    True and really thats what I was thinking so wondering if I should go to a 4 day split and drop the Saturday

    Training was explosive yesterday. I hope this test starts kicking in soon and I can see some gains. I feel stronger but I think its more psycological than anything. Felt real watery like today had alot of pasta yesterday and I usually do more rice as my carbs than pasta.

    Training: Legs
    Squat 2 warm up sets 4 working sets
    Stiff Legged Deadlifts 4 sets
    Leg Press 4 sets
    Leg Extensions 4 sets dropset last set

    saw ur leg workout, like it alot, real effective, short, and not overtraining like alot of people in this forum do, and then tunr to steroids as der anser

    wateva split u like, its wateva floats ur boat lol, ive got a a 6 day split atm and its working amazing and great for me, just depends on what ur comfortable with and what u c gives u results

    Thanks, yeah I've been there before with that overtrain and its not fun. I feel that like you stated just breakdown the muscle so thats what I try to do in my workouts. But yeah I'm going think about it and main thing is to get everything in effectively each week and I actually like the Push/Pull thing on the same day that Chest and Bi felt good so I figure whole arm is almost getting trained and major muscle group

    Day 18

    Yesterday was a rest day. I felt good enough to train not exhausted at all, I'm really hoping that it is my gear kicking in. Did my 6th injection in the glute, the skin is actually tougher there so it was harder to get in but all went success. I'm having a bit of conflict with my training because i'm realizing i'm recovering faster so i'm not as seceptible to overtraining. I plan on kicking up the volume on my workouts if possible and probably changing my split once again and just not do anything but 1 muscle group per day except on arms day.

    Training: Shoulders
    DB Presses 2 warmup 4 sets
    Front Raises 4 sets
    Lateral Raises 4 sets
    *will probably hit traps on saturday with arms, dont want to train shoulders to heavy with back tommorow.

    Today I feel good, but kind of lazy and that might be due to the heavy rain outside just makes me want to sleep. Training was awesome yesterday but I have yet to have a shoulder workout yet that I havent liked in my whole experience training well except doing it with chest. I'm suppose to take pictures with my buddy this weekend so hopefully I will have some up. Next week starts week 4 so I hope this will be a major growth week for me and I can really feel it kicking in. Hopefully some weight gain, well some muscle gain really but we will see.

    Training: Back
    Close Grip Pull Ups 4 set
    One Arm DB Row (from ground up) 4 sets
    Close Grip Seated Rows 4 sets
    Close Grip Pull Down 4 sets
    *if I'm good on time might throw in some Tri's then I wont train arms tommorow. Also I was told not to Squat and Deadlift in same week due to the fact it stress lower back to much. How true is this? Also still open to any training split suggestions and I was thinking about next week being a power week everything around 4 reps nothing but power movements and forced reps only problem is I dont have anyone to train with.

    Didnt eat as much this weekend as I do during the week, but it was all good tho weight is the same today as it was last week but i'm trying to stay off it as much as possible because I would go crazy if I weigh everyday that carb weight fluxuation is crazy. Did 7th injection today in left shoulder, did glute last week and it was so easy i will be pinning it more often.

    Thinking about a 2 a day anyone have any thoughts on it. Pretty much I havent been feeling sore and I increased my volume and definately my intensity so i'm not sure. Did it before last year and I grew like a weed for 2-3 weeks but after that started to burnout so I guess I was going into overtrain

    If you are going to start 2 a days, I personally would wait till somewhere around week 5 or when you start feeling/reaping the full effects/benefits of the Test. That way you maximize your gains during that time. Just a thought

    That makes perfect sense I was just wondering if I should now due to the fact that I feel real good but yeah I can wait and see how it feels once it kicks in

    Well now i'm pissed because I typed this long ass log of today and how i'm realizing certain things about training and my damn pc freezes. So nothing more to say today because I dont feel like typing all that again. But good news is i managed to get a picture on my pc from my new and old phone....yeah

    Today I feel a little tired but I had a long day yesterday didnt eat as much as usual and went to sleep late. I'm realizing that my recovery is fantastic and I had to up my volume on all my workouts in order to feel any tightness or remote soreness. Hope that this week will really be a weight gain week and that my cycle will go nowhere but up from here also i'm up about 9 lbs from start so thats good.

    sorry for the caps at work have to keep them on. Today i actually did a 2 a day did legs early this morning and shoulders this evening also after training legs i did my 8th injection in the glute...easy as pie so painless and smooth. I will weight myself on monday to see where i'm at and hopefully really start packing on the pounds.

    the glute is so easy to inject. i have yet to try anywhere else. I never bleed and it just goes in easily so why mess with a good thing?

    Probably taking today off from training due to work schedule so rest wont be a bad thing, gonna load up on food probably grab a pizza at work. Yesterday training was explosive but I never have a bad shoulder workout...okay this feels like dejavu but I always say that about shoulders, and oddly they are becoming one of my favorite body parts and tri's but i cant get the fuc kers to grow for nothing...I WANT ARMS!!!!!!!UGGHH!!! but it will come in time and just have to be sure not to overtrain them.

    I'm going to take measurements again on monday but i did them the 3rd of august and the 24th of august. nothing really to jump around about but as follows:

    Weight: +9lbs
    Chest: +.3 inches
    Arms: +.3 inches
    Waist -.5 inches
    Shoulders: dunt dun nu nu... +1.5 inches (I love my shoulders)
    *so thats 3 weeks progress from one week prior to start .
    * see what next week brings will be 5 week start

    I didnt do legs on the 24th oddly but I will do everything Monday and I havent put lifting stats because I still have my lifts from last year when i was stronger and bigger and it just kinda pisses me off when i think about how weak i became but its all good just gott get bigger.

    Right on man! Keep it going keep it going!! You are almost to the great part of the cycle... awesome to see you are progressing so well at the start of this thing.

    Question for you... How is the water weight? Are you feeling thicker and fuller with the same lean mass that you usually have, or are you feeling/looking bloated? Reason I ask is that the ONLY reason I have not used Test yet is cause I HATE HATE HATE looking/feeling bloated. I like to stay lean, and I like to look lean. If I got on a Test cycle and started to bloat up with either water or fat I would get pissed! I know that diet is what will keep the fat off, but I know it would be discouraging if my diet was still spot on but I started to look like a marsh mellow.

    As far as bloat goes I think from the start like first 2 weeks I looked really watery and bloated but I think alot of it was diet, I had to clean it up again because I realized that empty calories werent doing much except just that making me look smooth and watery. Only junk I keep in is cookies and thats because I have such restricts on sugar I actually hate sweets and have all my life...I know odd think of a little kid who doesnt want candy well that was me lol. But yeah as for now I used a bit of nolva cus I got paranoid about gyno and my bloat went down a bit, I'm still carrying water but no more than usual and my bodyfat is low like 7-8% now probably.

    Thank ranging...yeah I' noticing the water but I've just excepted I'm going to be smooth while bulking lol

    yea except the water, u can take an AI, but i say why bother, its costs u more and lowers ur gains

    They say it will but I was like better safe then sorry and its only 10mg when ran on cycle

    Okay question, first my PCT I was planning on doing Clomid for 3 weeks first week at 100mg and each week after 50mg but I was told run at 300mg the first 5 days then drop to 100mg for 7 days then 50mg the rest of PCT and Nolva was going to run 20mg for 4 weeks and I've been told to run it 40mg for 4 weeks. So which is better?

    Nolva 20mg 1-4 weeks
    Clomid 50mg 1-3 weeks

    or

    Nolva 40/40/20/20
    Clomid 300*/100/50/50 *first 5 days

    Also I'm considering throwing in Dbol around week 8 for 2 weeks any thoughts on this?

    You will feel it after the first week of PCT goes by that you need to lower the dosages.
    Save the Dbol for next one. You could have used it at the beggining, you dont wanna come off dbol and then test e trust me.

    okay sounds good for the pct i was just told it needed to be alittle more agressive than my first choice, and yeah with the dbol i heard different things about it kicking better with the test being active but at the same time i know dbol gains are temporary and i plan to lose some gains after test is over so that would be a big psycological let down.     Goodmorning everyone, hope you had a good weekend. Entering week 5 today hopefully see some real good change from here on out. Yesterday actually went to go see my family and I haven't seen them since maybe a week before I started my cycle and first thing they said to me is "you look huge", they stroked my ego all day lol. My bro asked me what I have been eating and how much I've been training and kept touching me lol, moms was like "are you on steroids" (all boston accent like) lol. I was like nah and acted modest. Good part is people can tell more than me so i'm feeling good about that part. I mentioned last week I got new pins, previously I had 21g and I just received 23g. Well this morning I pinned with it and did same protocol as before but i saw more blood after pin when i pulled out, like it ran down and it never does that and the injection spot was a little puffy afterwards as well. Oh FYI i pinned shoulder and is a 23 sharper or thicker whats the actual difference?

    Training: Cant train today due to gym been closed all weekend....freaking A

    Measurements: All from previous measurements on 8/24

    Chest: +1.8 inches
    Arms: +.5 inches
    Waist: -.3 inches
    Shoulders: -.2 inches ...wonder why this is but no trip they still look good

    So everything looks better will do legs today once I get home...Thanks again for everyones support and comments with this cycle log.
