I will help you if you post in the diet forum... Nobody's diet is perfect and the advice a lot of us can give will help. If after 9 months of following our advice and working out properly you still feel that we've done no good and your still weak - hit this forum back up. Until then, post in the diet forum for starters.

I really dont' think you should pursue steroid use right now..... I think you need to get your life in order first , and get your attitude adjusted. If this frustrates you, then you definitely don't need steroids. as they can increase your frustration and aggression and I am thinking you don't need that right now

Chest and tri's - Chest-are you doing inclines db presses,incline flys, incline Bb bench press!!!! Mix it up 9-12 sets tri's 4-6 sets
Back and bi's- Back should have pulling pulling and more pulling excersises!!! 12-14 sets for back 4-6 six hard sets for bi's
Off
Legs ( legs grow better off of multibalanced attacks with high and low reps schemes) 16-20 sets
Shoulders 10-12 sets for shoulders

you ever heard heavy weights builds big muscles? Guess what you got eat to lift those heavy weights!!!! Dont go workout chest 3-4 times a week not do legs one week. Lift whats heavy for you stop worrying about if your friend ca ndo db bench with 100's or 110's your not him.
Bodybuilding is an amazing sport you can achieve anything you want, ANYTHING!!! You have to put in the hard work and dedication that the other did!! You dont train 2 yrs and look like Ronnie Coleman!!!! Your not going to gain 10 lbs of PURE MUSCLE a yr. bro that doesnt happen not with out eating rite. If you have but half the effort into your workout as you do trying to convince PEOPLE WHO KNOW WHAT THERE TALKING ABOUT AND TRYING TO KEEP YOU FROM POSSABLY SCREWING YOURSELF UP 4 LIFE you would get to where you want to be. At one time i was the same i thought i had hit a wall i just couldent seem to tone up or bulk up as quick as i wanted to. I wanted that first cycle so bad until a very knowledgeable friend (like whats here) showed me my flaws in my socalled perfect diet and workout. He told me to just try it 4 6 months and if i diddnt see the results i wanted he would buy my first 2 cycles for me. Long story short I QUICKLY found out my body wasnt ready for anabolics. Just listen to the bros here go to the diet section and see if maybe there is something else you could try. Apparently what you doing now isnt working. Steroids is not an easy road (as anyone who have used can tell you) Its still you who has to put in the hard work 50 lbs is still 50lbs no matter if your juicen or not. Just talk to the people here THEY WILL TEACH YOU! As long as your willing to learn.

Thank you for listening - but yes in fact, you can get 'really big' naturally.I decided im going to do it natruall till at least 25. But not one person on here gets really big with out them i dont care what u say.

Pushups 1set - 20-30
DBell Press 4sets - 12,10,8,8
DBell Incline Press - 4sets - 12,10,8,8
Dips (looking down) - 4sets - 15,12,12,10
DBell flies - 4sets - 12,10,8,8
^That's my two cents to help you now that your thinking rationally.
Sorry if your not gonna give us the information we need, then we can not help you and I am tired of pulling teeth to get the information I need from you. this is the internet, not a face to face interview. All we have is the information giving, and that is the only way for us to get a full picture to diagnose your problems.
