    Almost 10 pounds in a week - I'm sold.

    Felt good today - pain from injection went away... (Glute). Up almost 10lbs in a week. Unbelievable.

    No acne or side effects yet - but I never get acne to begin with - hopefully genetics are helping there. The strength on DBol is amazing - I feel superhuman the second I step in the gym and overall, throughout the day feel amazing. No bloating yet either - abs seem to be coming out more than ever also.

    I plan on getting into competitions in 2010 - so my main goal is to bulk up as much as possible, getting much bigger size in specifically my lats, chest, traps, hams, and calves. My minimum goal that I'd like to achieve from this cycle is a weight at 205 after PCT. I'm planning to stay at the same BF%, which should be easily obtainable - my diet has been clean for last 6 months with minimal, but healthy fats included.

    Well - I can now officially say the DBol has undoubtedly kicked in - my day at the gym went as usual but I felt insanely strong today. Though I didn't make any HUGE strength gains in accordance with my lifts - I felt so strong doing them that I was almost in disbelief. Everything I picked up just felt lighter. I'm sold on the weight gains as well - my weight is skyrocketing.

    No side effects yet - not even acne. Vascularity seems to be improved as well - though I've never read about a relation from vascularity to AAS so I don't know what to think about that.

    Also - water retention isn't noticeable at all - in fact I feel that I'm either losing BF% or else the added size is more appealing and noticeable.

    awesome dude, you are doing this RIGHT. I'll be checking along with this as i'll be about 5 weeks behind you on my first cycle so be sure not to leave anything out about your experience if you don't mind bro.

    I love to see when people do this shit the way it's supposed to be done, well thought out and planned to perfection. Solid!

    For right now yes - I'll be micro-managing it every week or two - depends on how much weight I've gained throughout the weeks.

    At the end of this week - I might compensate the weight gain with an added meal possibly. I'll rely on Jamy and dedi8ed for that haha.

    If your using weight gainer in form of a drink I'd say definetly trade it for real food.Using whole food nutrition primarily will give you a dryer and tighter condition all around.That's why most competitors drop the shakes a couple weeks out to have a tighter look once they hit the stage.Or you could just keep the shake in until the ladder part of your cycle but anyone who know's the power of whole food nutrition will tell you it just cannot be supplemented.

    At this point I think you know your body well enough to know what to eat to grow.Here's a little trick if you change something in the diet keep a log of it and every day in the same light take an accessment of your condition as the days go on as to what's changing as far as harder softer more full or smoother.

    Are you taking the milk thistle as I suggested?
    Did you add the extra beef as I suggested?
    Are you drinking at least 1 gallon of water a day?

    I'm not using a weight-gainer Dedi8ed, you know better than that! I learned from the best. Maybe my typing was confusing - I meant, "Maybe I will add another meal to compensate for the weight I HAVE gained.

    Are you taking the milk thistle as I suggested?

    Yes, I'm taking Milk Thistle (200mg ED) in the morning.
    Yes to the extra beef, in Meal 5 (1800)
    Definitely drinking at least a gallon of water per day. I still thought water-retention would be worse with how it's worked up to be on DBol.

    I know about it relatively... I'm not really the person to give advice about it as I'm sure there are more seasoned people who have experience with it. I didn't see it fit in my cycle... I'll let you know if I regret that around PCT time.

    It's early on yet but if you don't suffer too much with the Enth water retention compounded with the D-bol then your one gifted mofo.Either way I'd get ready for a lot of dirty looks from the haters that have seen your condition prior and be ready for the interrogation from the family on why your carved out of granite and big as hell over night.From the looks of your #s your moving at this early on you gonna GROW!!

    I like the diet as it is, very simplified.. (might have to steal it, dedic8ted is a cool dude, great with diets that work) I was thinking the same thing about maybe adding in a meal or maybe a few cals here and there. Right around 8lbs aready though LOL!! it might be good as is.

    Just an update - I'm going to run Nolva at 20mg for two weeks as a precaution since kick-starts are said to shut the system down quickly.
