Taking AAS and increasing muscle strength at a faster rate than tendons and ligaments can compensate . Could result in muscle tear , tendon damage or irreversible damage .
Then recovery time will keep you out gym , undoing any expectations you had .
I don't know how bicep's inequality led to deca .
The idea is to get a solid base of performance and knowledge first .
It is better to have pushed your limits with intensity in training heavy than to cycle and find out what too much was .

As did I for several years, and in that time I learned that it is ALL about a proper diet and proper training...
Not just doing biceps 5x a week, you won't get anywhere with that.
And if you work the whole body without a diet and are thinking steroids will magically put on muscle you will be in shock, especially when you come off and loose every ounce you put on

Probably why I'm 5'11'' 235lbs and leaner than you (fresh off bodybuilding competitions) are in your pic w/ only 2 bulking cycles under my belt. Plus I put years into this and got over 200lbs naturally cause I didn't want to still be a p*ssy on steroids.
Cause I understand that the basics are the most important aspect of the whole game. Diet and heavy hardcore training. Without those you will never be anything.
Not I want my biceps to look good for the girls at the club.
But you on the other hand, want it all now, want me to do the research for you, ignore questions on diet, etc.
Start out out reading the stickies, read about diet, read about training, have an good attitude about all this and understand that people like Don't wanna be old and others are trying to get you on the right path. This is ALL were trying to do, get you on the path to success......
thank you, you both have acually been helpful and i am going to take your advice, and im not sure if you saw my pic that i posted, i will try to take the bicep pics tomorrow, and hopefully i will be able to pm soon, diet wise, i am eating about what i normally eat, which isnt enough i know, but i am taking some serious mass by optimal nutrition, which is a wight gainer ith about 1600 calleries a day from that, um and really now i am trying to get some info on pct, and some of the things they sell on ar-r and if they would be any use to me

Go to "USER CP" at the top left hand of your screen, click on it
Then scroll down to "Edit Options" click on that
And then you scroll down to "Messaging & Notifications" and you'll see "Private Messaging"
and check mark "Enable Private Messaging"
Its what I like to do, try to spend time with one individual as much as I can in a thread and get the on the right track to the best of my ability
It didnt have an option for "private messaging" just recieve emails from admin, and recieve emails from other users, but thats alright man, i did get some good info for today, and this thread must die sometime like they all do, i am all forumed out, but thank you for your help and i will listen to alot of your advice and continue to research on my own
How about stop working out the bigger arm for a while, just work out the smaller arm. When they're equal in size start working them both again. Just an idea.
i'm right handed and my left bicep is bigger... has been always...right pectoral appears the same as well...i thought it was more common for this
about your original question... my right bicep used to be about an inch larger than my left as well, I was always using barbells. I spent about 2-3 months using only dumbels to get my arms close to being even. I know you said you don't have dumbels and no access to a gym, but you really need to either spend some money on buying dumbels or get into a gym. You don't really have an excuse, if you have money to spend on steroids then you have money to either join a gym or buy other equipment.
