I agree with chuck on this one. Just get your diet sorted out in the diet section before you start6 your cycle and you are as ready as you are going to be. I have seen alot of people cycle successfully being much less prepared. Good luck with whatever you decide.
Op your 192...at 6'5? cmon even with 12% bf you still can easily pack on mnore natty on your frame.
Hey, before you start your cycle, get some bloodwork done. Just wondering if you have an actual reason for being a hard gainer. Plus it's always to get bloodwork done before hand anyways.
im just a newb so my opinion probably doesnt count much but im with the "for" side as you seem to have a good understanding of diet and a fairly good understanding of working out. i know and have seen 16-20 yr olds who dont know anything about diet cycling so i dont know why anyone would hold you back. u fit all the stickie protocols...over 25yo,training more than two years...

Its your choice your 28. i think you should do a cycle if you want. You have been working out for years naturally, you look to be in pretty good shape overall. I would run test E for 12 weeks 500mg a week and 30mg ed dbol for the first 4 to 6 weeks. Try and up your calories and protein intake.
