Thread: Question about growth in a particular muscle group

    stay away from light, high rep with chest then. Look into DC training, you pretty much prime that muscle part for 1-2 sets and then rep your max till failure, then after a rest-pause, rep it one last time till failure.

    I would try breaking up lower, middle, and upper peck for different days, say monday, wednesday, friday respecitvley, and train the component corresponding to that day DC style. And the next week you target these components, you must either add weight, or beat your previous rep.

    You wont be over training, and youll have more endurance than say training all 3 in one day.

    yeah ive heard about dc training before, ill read up on it

    incline decline and flat dumbell presses. 5 sets of each once a week.
