it isn't easy, especially when n00bs call you out even though you've been doing this longer than most of our members have been alive, but if we can help 1 person out of 100 reach their goals it's worth it. when I was in my teens I had the privilege of working out with a pro football player who was jacked. he said that my diet would be the key to making true gains. I bitched about my fast metabolism and ignored his advice. It was a good 12 years or so before I realized how right he was.

gixxer and Big getting flamed by a fat fvck.....who blames everything on his slow metabolism and then try to convince both of these guys that he is right.......wow just wow....

Hey big I am on pizza and ice cream diet for past month and i am getting fat ...oh wait it must be my metabolism....

I'm a hard gainer I was a right streak of piss when I started 4yrs ago but I do gain slowly.I was consistant and stuck at it.IMO anyone can gain weight by correct diet training and rest, people like this guy just blame their genetics for their own lack of commitment.you gave yourself away with your diet mate, just eat more and train harder.

A classic case of the OP getting advice he didn't want to hear. If you ask for help from experienced members, take it. Even more so if several tell you the same thing. Are you going to believe the one moron who gives conflicting advice?

Big is 100% correct..... helping one person makes it worth it. Also, it's not jsut the staff here that gets frustrated...... there are plenty of other members who are very experienced and have a TON of knowledge. I see some of these guys give great advice also and it still gets passed up..... It's kind of frustrating for everyone. It's just that the staff has the responsibility of keeping the forums clean also.....
