Hey, so did you train with DC before your cycle and then continued the DC whit gear?? Sorry if I missunderstod this.
If you did so, how long?
I have been training DC for two months (3 times a week) and after my next cruising phase I will continue it with a lot calories.. I will start my first cycle in late january or early february and just wondering should I keep training with this method or change it for more hypertrophy-based program?? I'm after size so the strengh gains that DC will give me is not -so- important.. Has anybody anything to say about training DC while on cycle?? I'm just curious because I want to get the most of my efforts..
