Sounds good. If there's a certain part you feel doesn't work the way it should then let me know and we'll see if we can figure out why.

i also use this same split as you (not so much calves) different exercises. after 4 weeks try the same thing but do

    mon-chest/tri
    tues-back/bi
    wed-legs
    thurs- cardio/core
    fri-shoulders

you can switch wed and thurs is deads effect your squats but this is what im doing now its its killing my arms i like it alot more. just and idea. also i said try it after 4 weeks so you can feel the difference between the 2 splits

no my deads dont effect my leg days but if they start to ill go to 3/4 deads. ya that spilt fukd my arms up. ive dropped the tris and bis off monday and tuesday tho so that they dont effect my other days using sore muscles so i know they get a good recovery

I'm coming after you with some more love. All this time you are spending on here joking around does not appear to be a good management of time if you want to compete IMHO. I understand the excitement you feel by being here. I do. But you better be careful about it too. It is crucial for you to be cardio hopefully 2x's a day and training plus at the grocery store buying food which is good for you to have on hand.

If you are serious about this, then that is what needs to be done. The guys here all know who you are now. We all already like you and want for you to succeed. But time to get offline and get to the gym or grocery store and get down to business. You are on a timeframe. Every single day counts from here out. Every single week-end, every morning, every afternoon.

Managing your time is of upmost importance. Yes, come see what the diet and workout suggestions are and yes joke around a minute or two. Otherwise this place has no importance to you if you want to be in shape this coming fall.

You said to tell you like it is. And that is how it is.

Thanks..i just want for you to remember you have 2 jobs now:

    making good grades
    shedding fat while maintaining muscle

Competing is a full time job. If it were easy everyone would do it. It has to be treated like a business. Every single minute of your day needs to be accounted for in detail. And every minute you are here that is one more minute you have spent away from your dream. Hanging here is fine to a limit. I love seeing your post and the fun you are bringing to the table. Just make sure not at your own expense.

Many members who are online here all day are at work and it is no skin off their backs to keep commenting. Many of them are not competing. You have a goal which is a HUGE challenge which takes 100% dedication.

i know and im doing that, school comes easily to me so that takes no time. so all my time is just eat, train, sleep. even then thats 2 hours training, 1 hour 45 min eatin altogether, and 8 hours sleeping. what else can i do to add to my goal in the spare time?

To be honest in my opinion which doesn't mean sh*t around here but anyways here it's is I think you should be doing 45mins fasted cardio in the am (take bcaas first) then 30mins mind day after your training then 20mins right before your last meal. My personal thoughts On the cardio matter
