This isn't a competition thread just a motivational thread for users to show off progress - got tired of seeing all these cycle/progress logs that have no pictures or they never reply after a week so figured a thread with everything would be good

Jesus Surferbrent! I thought the 2009 was impressive, but you fkn blew up in the last year - and lean as hell too. Fantastic work, bro How much weight did you gain? Amazing Taper too - your waist makes your shoulders look a yard wide! I'm thinking you almost need a cape and big red "S"!

2009 pics i was around 190lbs and 2010 i was 200-205lbs. I'm 6'0. In 2010 i dieted down from about 225lbs. I weighed myself yesterday and i was 253lbs. Im trying to hit 265-270lbs before i diet for my next show.
