    GB it looks like 405 is the new face around the block, no doubt 405's popularity is growing :-) detlions I'll be watching you shred some fat ou got 405 and stem on yourside therefore, you're in good hands!

    Thanks mate, ya they are good guys.
    The only problem with those 2 is 405 is like a big brother, always looking up to him and taking his advice to the heart, Stem on the other hand is like a nagging mother "clean your room"-"do this"-"do that" LOL all the jokes a side I appreciate their help and others on this forum, without this place I may have fell off the wagon weeks ago.

    While I am here I should add I had the most intense workout I have had in years. I will pay for it in the morning for sure.

    Hmmmmmmm, gonna take that as a compliment I think. As they say 'mum knows best'!

    Keep up your lifting man, it needs to be the mainstay of your exercise routine. Limit cardio to 60 mins max at a time.

    ok been a little bit, been doing great with diet and workouts, I am proud to announce I have gotten down under 200 lbs since I was in my early 20's, I am 199lbs as of 5 mins ago. WOOHOO!!!!!!!!!
    I still have a ways to go, but I am still going for my JULY 1st goal, I have more goals after JULY 1st but this was my main goal which was to look as 1/2 as good as 405. I have posted a pic of some of my progress. will post more but here is 1 for know. to me I see a good progress from the pics I used from the start of the thread.

    by the way, all of my 36 size jeans are in the garbage, had to go out and spend a wack of $ on some jeans SIZE 32-33

    Yes indeed on my last week.
    Dropped another 2 lbs.
    Funny I had a cheat day 2 days ago (BBQ) I had 1 burger, no cheese and lots of veggies on it I had a couple of French fries and they made me feel ill for some reason my system does not like fried food anymore. My buddy said Losing weight and getting healthy is I life change, I used to think there is no way in hell I can eat healthy foods and not eat fatty foods again. I cannot look or smell fast food it's disgusting.
    I think I have gotten over the hill I was climbing, smooth sailing from here bros.

    Will update often and more pics to come in a week
