    it will recover from this.

    hell I KNOW PEOPLE who took test. started at 162 lbs finished at 185

    NO PCT lost down to 178.

    sounds like a damn good job to me.

    explain what happen. thats vague.

    ive gone off cold turkey before. lost size which is gonna happen as i said. when you are on juice you keep everything.

    and i was just fine.

    Penis worked even better than before!

    no one will be banned for having a different opinion. people still need to act civil if they have a different view.

    I was say most people doing 8+ cycles are blasting and cruising at that point.

    A lot of our members or the people posting in this section arent at that point. So giving out advice to stay on all the time on a first cycle isnt really good advice.

    After doing a lot more reading around here... I wouldn't suggest half these people even touch juice in the first place, never mind consider staying on.

    And not because it's unhealthy, but because the knowledge these guys have before using is next to nil. It's depressing, actually...

    When I started my run I had no intentions of staying on, but after seeing how much you have to gain from staying on, and how much you have to lose from coming off it was a no brainer. The difference was, I knew a ton about what I was doing before I ever touched it, and when I decided not to come off all I had to do was brush up on cruising protocols, which are really simple.

    If more people here knew about what they were using, how to counter the sides, and how to keep themselves as healthy as possible while on it would be a no brainer... but this site apparently harbors all the people who don't want to do any research before they jump on.

    What do you guys cruise on? How much do you need year round to keep your size? I have a prescription for 200mg per week. How much mass can one typically hold onto at that amount?

    Cruise dose can be lower

    I cruise on 250mg

    THe body recover's probably better at your age. When you get older the body doesn't work as well as it used to. So you might need some "PCT". BTW you guys totally derailed the OP post.

    Absolutely dependent on your natural genetic potential, and your dedication to feeding your body to keep it the same way with diet and work. If say you got larger than your body your you could ever sustain with diet and work...you will for sure lose that much, without additional help. The natural body can only do so much

    First time I have been told to blast hcg post cycle for 2 weeks while test is clearing. Makes perfect sense, I like it. Can i just continue doing 500iu instead of 1,000iu for those 2 weeks?

    And he's healthy as a horse just got blood work done.

    He's obviously doin it right.

    Nice story but I think that is what it is; a story. He is probably the cool dad who let you drink at home? bring girls home etc? Yeah right. We have plenty of dads here who also have plenty of cycle experience and have sons but they are smart enough to steer them clear from aas use as long as possible knowing it's the wrong way to do things. Did you mom teach your sister how to make more money being a stripper also? Hopefully not. Because maybe he did it does not mean it's the right way to do things and most parents realize this. So as far as your dad goes. FAIL...

    As far as keeping gains. I finished my cycle over 6 weeks ago and have not lost any weight, actually gained a few pounds and my strength went up a little.

    I followed the real advice from here. Kept my diet the same as when I was on cycle (maybe even a little heavier), took more vitamin c, added more cholesterol heavy foods to my diet.


    Good luck, don't pay attention to the trolling. It happens from time to time.

    I guess it just depends on how your body wants to treat weight.

    So far I been pretty happy, I am holding a bit of fatty goodness. But, I rather hold fat and gain muscle which I have not done in the past.

    Shit, I rather be this big and fat and at least have a solid build underneath. I just can't imagine what guys my weight but at super low Bf% feel like.

    I forgot to mention, don't over stretch your workouts on PCT or a little bit after. Keep them under 45 minutes. Most people say to kick down the weight, but not me. Kick them down a bit on a few sets but still pull in the heavy sets. < This has really worked well for me. Just shorter, more explosive workouts.
