Which is total bullshiit to me. My diet has never been perfect. It's had decent moments but I acheived a lot with a lack of a proper diet bodybuilders are suppose to have because I worked my asss off in the gym, have good genetics, and of of course the help of supplements and aas
The kitchen is important but I think it's bullshjt thst someone says it's 70% eating. Maybe if you're trying to lose weight an get in shape but not if your trying to build muscle

We all know the gains get harder and harder. I gained 30lbs over the years. I think im doing ok so far. I didn't start out heavy like most guys.

Your numbers are a little off. But your right I started this week working on my diet. 4000 cals a day . 6 Meals. Know why ? Because diet is the most important thing. Please let me have the link you mentioned. I would love to see our similar body types. Your being slightly better though.
The most effective way to gain is to bulk and then cut. It sounds like you're trying to skip the bulking and maintain a cut figure, which means that you will gain very slowly unless your diet is perfect. And based upon what you said, it's only ok. Sure bro throw the tren on and see what happens.
You got the proper response but don't like it. Take any and all the steroids you want. If you dont fix your diet. It will be meaningless.

I don't think I'm ready for any shows. It's the bodybuilders at my gym who said I can win my class now at an amateur show in Texas.
I've leaned bulked from day one and it's worked for me. That's why I stick With it. Some ppl bulk then cut but it's not soemthing for me as of right now. One day my metabolism will slow down and I will go thy route but it's pretty hard right now

Once again everyone I plan to address my diet before I even start the cycle. Either way I'm gonna cycle. We are all here for the same reason. Steroids! This isn't a how to gain naturally site. This is a steroids site . So I don't understand why everyone acts like they prefer to do it naturally.

Luda......It seems you already have the answer to your question of how to gain 10 more lbs. Why don't you just stick with the 500 mgs of test for a cycle or 2? You said you gained 6 lbs on that dosage so just do another couple of test only cycles. But remember as your weight goes up you will have to eat more to gain the muscle and to keep it.
So really what's wrong with being 5'8" and 230 lbs? At age 23 I weighed 165-170. I gained all this through diet and a trt dose of test because of cycles done earlier. The 10 lbs you're after may cost you your nuts too.
Hey to each his own. I just can't imagine myself being anywhere near 200. But I'm built real compact so I actually look 180-190lbs. I will do test e again and either throw Ina. Kick start or do anavar at the end. My nuts did shrink on test but they are nicely plump now. Feels real good to grab my balls after they were small for so long lol.
I feel y'all on the eating and I'm trying.
UPDATE: I saw some pics of "someone" on a web site that he pm'd Cape and I. IFit's really him then he should be here sahring workout advise with quite a few of us. I then asked the OP to send me a pic doing something I requested to assure that it REALLY was him. I got the pic but it was to difficult to match the pic sent to the web site pics. I asked for another specific pic (yes I am a pain in the arse) and have not gotten it yet. I will say this, if that's 165 I would sh!t cause dude looks 200lbs large! Props to ya op IF it is you...still waiting on that pic.
