    Seriously judging by your pic, you're smaller than me. Your diet is obviously bad too . You look what? 5'9 160?Im assuming you have never cycled in your life becaus you're working on yor diet right? If you have cycled thenn you're obviously a hypocrit


    How are you gonna sit there and tell me I shouldn't do another cycle and diet web you're skinnier than me? I mean are you telling me you like being thin? You can't be consuming more than 2500-3k a day

    Your numbers are a little off. But your right I started this week working on my diet. 4000 cals a day . 6 Meals. Know why ? Because diet is the most important thing. Please let me have the link you mentioned. I would love to see our similar body types. Your being slightly better though.

    Eating them is the hard part. 4th meal and I'm still full from#3 . Thanks for the thought though. I need to i.v a chicken breast
