Thread: Did the TEST only cycles. What is next for me?

    Question Did the TEST only cycles. What is next for me?

    Done a couple of test cycles now. One with tbol. Never really acheived the results I wanted. I'm researching into my next cycle. Any suggestions?


    29yo
    5'7"
    165lbs
    9% bf
    Lifting 6 years competitively


    I'm hearing tren, primo, anavar..what do you guys think? Another test base but stack with something else?

    adding a kickstart? tren you need another 2-4 cycles under your belt.

    but all honesty your 165lbs, it doesnt sound like you know how to diet? you could be 29 and able to use AAS but its all pointless without a propper diet.

    the members will assist you, you may say and think you have a good diet but still just post it up cause im 10% bf and between 160-170lbs and gaining well due to my diet changed, only been lifting for a year at that.

    I did the 2nd with tbol from geneza. Just didn't feel that kick like I thought. What else is there?


    I'm not looking to gain 20lbs. Just 5-10 lbs

    Lol not for me. Trust me it's not as easy as it sounds. With my genetics sky rocket metabolism I can't gain 10lbs from eating. I use to be 125lbs. I know for others it's easy to gain weight but everyone in my family is skinny

    Lol diet is not very good. It's just genetics. I can't eat a lot. I use to be 125lbs. My body is just not use to eating 6 meals a day. I'd be lucky to get in 5 meals. But I do try to cover as much protein, carbs, and calories as possible

    Not shows I meant just lifting competitively. Bodybuilding. I've lifted weights since high school

    What do you mean you can't eat a lot? Just because you have a fast metabolism and are probably ectomorphic in body type you can still improve your diet and make gains.

    With my line of work and schedule it's just difficult for me to eat when I want and what I want. I get in about 4-5 meals a day with a. Shake post workout. That's what I'm capable of.


    So yes with this cycle I will improve diet to maximize gains. But 10lbs naturally I don't think it's possible for me

    you wopnt gains if you cant eata nd train. take tumeric root or ginger root pils 2X a day to make you eat more (good for you too)
    you need diet not aas in my OP aswell.


    PS. add in lots of good fats like olive oil to everything you can (pasta, protein drinks, foods ect.) helps with gains and cals

    also peanutbutter is calori dense
    you need calori dense
    you can get cals in in 3-4 meals but 5 I like most (+ snack).

    you want to look for "calori dense food" even just googling that term will help you.
    and the ginger and/or tumeric pill / tea idea is a VERY good one. will give you the munchies and help with digestion. i would not take it none stop maybe few weeks on couple off or something like that. (i mean for high doses daily use, having some in your food here and there i would not worrie about having on the reg)

    I dont eat meat so I am an oddball when it comes to bbing and diet but 195 13%bf and 5'7" is HUGE for me. my end goal is justr 220 but that will look MASSIVE. because i am NOT talking fat or water.
    shit look up franco columbo , he was 5'6" or 5'7" and contest lbs was only around 180 and he look INSAIN (better then me by far ofcourse) so a LEAN 200 at 5'7" would look like a monster.

    I've been told that im ready to do a an amateur show now. So I think I'm in pretty good shape. Not looking to gain 20lbs. Just 5-10 solid good weight

    Cycle 1: test e 500mg only.10 weeks. Pct 4 weeks: nolvadex, test booster, formastanzol
    Gains:6-7lbs

    Cycle 2: 12 weeks test e 500mg + tbol 40mg + aromasin 12.5ed. Pct nolvadex, test booster
    Gains: 9lbs

    if you cant eat more your wasting your time. You cant build muscle out of nothing. And if you eating as a 165lber you will stay at 165lb not matter what you take

    i was threw college wrestling 119-125. i'm also 5'6 with good diet i got to 165lb naturally. And am close to 200 now. Its all diet

    I've been Eating like this since I was 135lb. trust me you can gain without eating a ton. You won't be huge but you can still gain. I do 0 cardio. None at all and I'm at 9%. Like I said I don't want to be 5'7" 200 lbs. that's not proportional to me.

    I do this to have a great physique. I'm not doing it to be the biggest guy in the gym. Honestly 10lbs is the max I would want to gain. Are you really happy at 5'6" 200lbs? That's unhealthy and you're carrying a lot of unhealthy weight.


    I know I don't eat like a 200 lber its because I don want to be 200lbs

    Confused. Which is it? Can you not make yourself eat enough food (post 1) or do you eat a ton of food but your metabolism makes it hard to gain (post 2)?

    I am not giving you a hard time, just trying understand.

    Regardless, the drugs will help you gain faster but they don't make you magically grow. Like gixxer said, you need to eat right in order for the body to have the building blocks it needs to build muscle.

    Eating isn't about being hungry. It is about having a plan and sticking to it.

    Both. I'm having issues getting enough food in and my metabolism
    Is through the roof. Like I said how many guys do you know do ZERO cardio and at 9%? It's that bad so for me its a struggle to gain more size. Some guys will never look lean so they just keep

    500mg of test only got you 6lbs your gear is underdosed or something else is wrong.

    I don't think most of the people on this forum are familiar with your situation. I'm assuming most of them juice to get HUGE and all eat tons a day in order to do so. I would agree that at 5'7, 175 is a good weight to shoot for if not trying to look like a monster. However if you are only eating 1500-2000 calories a day you might have a lot of trouble getting there. And if you DID get there, you would lose the gains with that diet after your cycle ended.

    Seriously I dont understand. You guys talk about having forums to help people and call people your bros but noone ever seems to want to help. I mean do you guys have the perfect body, perfect workouts, and perfect diets? Am I missing something here? Obviously if I didn't gain from my previous cycles with an ok diet then I wouldn't be trying to cycle again lol.


    I just don't uderstand it. I do two cycles a year. I'm not abusing. I'm sure some of you guy do 4-5 because people start depending on the "on" feel. But I'm not good enough to get help.


    I'm asking a simple question. What's your opinion on a stack above just test e?

    I mean if you guys dont think I deserve any suggestions then I completely understand. I'll just go somewhere else to ask for help. No hard feelings.

    I see you are frustrated that your specific question wasn't answered. That happened because everyone here thought your real question was, "how can I put on more muscle." They want to make sure that you don't just take a larger risk with your health with little reward. Just saying, "add some Deca to your Test" wouldn't really by a complete answer.

    Everyone has the same questions. But not everyone gets the same answer. You asked a question and posted your stats. They gave you the best advice based off of what we know about you. I'm sorry that you didn't like it, but honestly its what you need to do. I don't know what it is that you do for a living that doesn't allow for you to eat enough. But there are 24hrs in a day. I have gained 110lbs in the last 17yrs. I'm a SF soldier in the United States Army. Find the ****ing time. Do what your told by the highly intelligent people who's time your wasting on this fine board or go away. That is all for now.

    Everyone talks about eating big. Seems to me some of you guys worry too much about getting bigger because you can't cut down. Seriously no offense but the pics in your avatar hardly show someone who should be eating more. I mean we are all here for bodybuilding right? Not power lifters


    If eating a perfect diet was that easy, we'd all be Jay cutlers and Ronnie Colemans. Look I'm not the perfect bodybuilder. But I'm working to get everything right. It doesn't happen overnight
