    Ok, thanks alot man, i will drop the milk from my pre workout shake. But can you tell me whats wrong with the monster milk protein drink? If you can explain why its bad for cut, i will drop it and replace with a whey powder and water, and save it for my bulk..

    Actually i was thinking of muscle milk which contains a lot of sugar. I dont even know what monster milk is!??

    Id chk the macros as well as ingredients list.

    ok, thanks for all your help, here is my revised and finalized diet, i have been on it 3 dayas now... the cravings for bad food are getting really bad... and i hope i can get past them.

    2000 cal cutting diet- 60/20/20
    Meal#1- 6 egg whites, 1 scoop protein with water

    Meal#2- ½ cup oats, 2 scoops protein with water

    Meal#3- pwo shake(monster milk)

    Meal#4- 6oz chicken breast, 1 cup broccoli, 1/2 cup cooked brown rice

    Fat-6
    Meal#5- 6 oz chicken breast, 1 cup broccoli
    Cals-315
    Protein-50
    Carbs-7

    Meal#6- before bed protein shake(2 scoops casein with water) 20 almonds

    looks good. stay strong. ur results depend on it. after a couple weeks itll get easier.

    Ya its really unbelievable the cravings im having, o well ill stick with this and hope it gets easier. Hey i want to start a progress thread for my cut, then my cycle whenever that starts. Can i just use this? Or should i start a new one.

    up to u man. if ur startn a log u mite wanna start a new thread so u can title it appropriately. u dont have to

    i remember those cravings. after awhile u just learn to deal with them.

    try eating no carbs for 4days + eating at 50% below maintenance on top of it!

    Start a new one and title it appropriately. Makes all the difference in progress following. Why? No reason. I said so. And I'm Canadian. So I have to know what i'm talking about.
