I know your intentions are good but don't be too quick to judge. You know the saying walk a mile in my shoes before you judge me.
I can relate to his story. Remember 20 years ago the surgery was also not quite where is today. It's 1 of those things that at first you think you can live with but it slowly gets worse until it gets the point where you know you have to do something. It took 20 years for me to not be able to walk or stand more than 5 minutes at a time.
I had surgery on L 3 / L 4 and L 5 / s1 recently I started taking the TB 500 and for the first time in 4 years I have been able to come off all pain meds for over a month now.
Keep using the ice the way you are supposed to it honestly is your best friend when it comes to the sciatic nerve. The other thing I found that helps a lot with the sciatic nerve is prednisone. With prednisone I usually feel a lot of relief within 2 days.
