This story does not add up imo, im not saying your the bad guy in this situation stpete, it takes 2 to tango, and im sure there has to be a legitimate reason why she felt this way. There is no way she can played out as the bad person in this situation, nor can you be unless there are facts. If she is being a straight out cvnt than ditch her, but if she was i think you would of already left her by now, so i think u may have crossed the border on a occassion but all the details have not been unfolded.

Yup that is typically how it works, but not 100% of the time. I know from experience. No I have not always been in the right or never did anything wrong but I have been there, done that when things have gone sideways for no apparent reason and there were extreme accusations made that could have cost me a lot including my job if I had not handled the situation right.

It's always best one one party leaves the residence. It diffuses the situation and allows the parties to calm down. It seems like the officer was doing his best to just calm things and avoid further damage being done to either party. Nobody wins in these situations.

Agree with the above guys. Relocate your gear. You don't need her packing it up and delivering it to the PD at which time they'll have no recourse but to investigate further. Or throwing it away for that matter....

My wife had me expelled from the premises tonight. I didn't do anything to her. But for some reason she felt that her life was in jeopardy and had a big black dude(cop) escort her home.

I gave him some shit when he came in but he was a pretty good guy. My wife even told him about all the AAS i had but he wasn't concerned w/that. He just wanted me out of the house.

He even drove me to a motel, where i am now, and told me to "straighten the **** up." hahaha....ok...

Point is, i never thought i'd recommend a cop over a woman. But....

Apparently, a woman just has to request help. Not really sure how it works,bro. I just know the cop told me to leave. He followed me into my bedroom and watched me change my clothes as my wife was screaming about all the shit i have in my closet. He wasn't concerned about that no more than i care about people's names on here. The guy didn't care. He just watched me and escorted me out. He even told me to not forget my phone. I'm still paying 120 per night for this motel. haha....

Well that really sucks. I guess it's different from state to state because when I was in that situation they told her to leave even though she made the phone call. Maybe I just got lucky.

Well definitely don't ignore what everyone is saying about getting your gear out of there and don't be quick to trust her in the future. I would stress the point to her no matter what that you got rid of everything and you're not doing it anymore so she cannot hold that over you.

I certainly don't know, maybe you do about this "abuse" issue. So I can't offer any comment on that. However I can comment on the total,hash attitude, quick to loose tact and lack of amicable discussion you have suggested. Break in to the house ? any, any violation of the law (if it be here) before total despair is a wrong move. By your suggestions of moving and taking a stand without yield seems to lend to a one way situation and in MY EXPERIENCE, ultimately there is no just my way or the highway without some bends in the road. StPete sorry to hear this. I have had stuff like this go down when I was dating a crazy girl who liked to hit people and scream and cut herself and shit. I agree with you a hundred percent there's his side her side and if you sat there , there would be yor side and in the end it comes down to how we all perceive things... You know for example, juice to me is no big deal. Another chick might think its the worse thing ever. Some guys think cheatings okay, I don't. So depending on whose there, what happened and how the situation is perceived no ones ever going to really know.

At this point all we really know and understand is he's going through a rough patch and needs a support system and that's all we can really offer and maybe some advice which would be tough to do in this situation.
