Just keep going bro, I know that feeling, cuttin natty sucks. In my opinion i don't think you need to worry about loosing much LBM until you hit sub 20%, from there on out you could play with some carb cycling. Just keep up the cardio like your doing, to me fasted or not doesn't matter but cardio is still cardio. Keep up the good work bro. You got a shit ton of LBM under there and will look pretty jacked once you start pulling a few lbs off. I know the feeling of looking smaller in the places you dont wanna look smaller on a natural cut, Just stick to it and the before and after will be great, at what % do you plan on pulling in the aas? Fasted cardio was good this morning when out down the country lanes
It's been ages since this compartment syndrome in my leg.

Went for long 2 hour fasted walk up and down the hills this morning pushing the push chair just me and the little one was great to get out and just walk aimlessly
Just done heavy chest and abs feel tender at moment lol
I took some photos but deleted them as couldn't see any difference at all
But in person I can see my obliques coming out and can feel them aswell.
It's seriously torturing me cutting with no gear as I feel I am wasting away one minute and eating too much the next
I'm sure I'm going to be happy with results at the end and then I can concentrate on a huge blast and cruise regime
