    I doub you will lose any muscle if you keep your protein up combined with gear. Plus having 12 weeks to work with means you dont have to cut extremely hard which can lead to some loss. Been there, done that, not cool

    Morning folks :-)

    It's 5:20 am here in blighty and its Good Friday
    I've just woken up in my truck.....,
    The holiday workout programme begins shortly:-)

    Friday am chest tri's
    Friday eve delts,traps,abs
    Sat am back and bicep with bib
    Sun eve legs
    Mon am delts etc

    I'm excited about this as I'm gonna smash the fvck outa my small muscles so that they grow :-)

    Was good thanks big man
    Tried shrugs behind the back to failure as per Marcus' advice and can tell I'm going to hurt more in the morning.
    It's going well not getting there as quick as I would like but doing this natty its a lot harder to preserve muscle whilst trying to cut.

    How you getting on anyway big fella still picking things up and putting them down?

    Had a cheat meal on weekend after work I had halloumi cheese on my grilled chicken
    I never normally eat cheese but seem to be craving the stuff since start of this comp really weird

    What does corn bread taste like?
    I've never seen it here in England for sale what's it like?
    On YouTube you see ronnie Coleman eating big squares of the stuff
    Is it sweet or savoury because it just looks like cake on the videos.

    Doing it natty is 10x worse than cutting on aas
    I get worried I'm losing too much then hold back a bit
    It's a vicious circle lol

    Just keep going bro, I know that feeling, cuttin natty sucks. In my opinion i don't think you need to worry about loosing much LBM until you hit sub 20%, from there on out you could play with some carb cycling. Just keep up the cardio like your doing, to me fasted or not doesn't matter but cardio is still cardio. Keep up the good work bro. You got a shit ton of LBM under there and will look pretty jacked once you start pulling a few lbs off. I know the feeling of looking smaller in the places you dont wanna look smaller on a natural cut, Just stick to it and the before and after will be great, at what % do you plan on pulling in the aas? Good luck!!

    Soon as I get between 15-18% I'm going to blast and cruise for a while
    Keeping the HIIT training in the gym to gain serious mass and cardio every morning as doing now.
    By next summer I would love (and i pray) to be around 240lbs and 12-15% that would make me happy
    Anything else is just a bonus

    Hahahaha 230-235 & show ready at around 8-10% that's my goal and to get on stage around sept/oct 2014

    235.7 this morning Will check BF at gym this afternoon.......It has gone from 21.7 to 19.3 so far

    Starting weight was 241..........

    I feel Im down at least a inch or more in waist.......core getting firmer (Abs hangin leg raises ouch but work)

    Hopin my anavar will help preserve muscle mass while I cut.........

    I know about loosin size panic......just buy smaller size shirts so they feel tight! My wife has some large Tshirts on standbye incase I start to freakout lol

    Hahahaha I remember reading a log on here years ago the guy was huge like seriously big and his motivation was his wife calling pencil neck and saying he looked small
    Verging on bullying but he looked amazing and he was in his 50's

    Fasted cardio was good this morning when out down the country lanes
    It's been ages since this compartment syndrome in my leg.
    It seems to be getting better its not top shape but still getting there.
    Going to gym later on then straight to work (after shower)

    Went for long 2 hour fasted walk up and down the hills this morning pushing the push chair just me and the little one was great to get out and just walk aimlessly

    Just done heavy chest and abs feel tender at moment lol

    I took some photos but deleted them as couldn't see any difference at all
    But in person I can see my obliques coming out and can feel them aswell.

    It's seriously torturing me cutting with no gear as I feel I am wasting away one minute and eating too much the next

    I'm sure I'm going to be happy with results at the end and then I can concentrate on a huge blast and cruise regime

    My tdee is 3575
    I've dropped down to 3000 plus around 3-500 lost from cardio
    I'm not sure if I should be keeping calories consumed at 3575 and just adjust with cals burned from cardio?
    Any advice would be greatly appreciated
