I'm a student at the moment, so the budget is strict, I'm gaining weight but also trying to get to 10-12% bf, it about 15% or a little higher now I guess.
I don't know if I will gain or lose more bf over the next months, so I'll just trim a little until end of next week.
Well the trainer haven't exactly told me to gain or lose weight, that's just the way I hear what's coming out of his mouth.
