Db pull over 90# (next week will be doing 100) Would like to find an alternative excersise to sub out this
Bent over BB rows 185# 6x (felt good doing these, will be part of routine for next couple weeks)
Wide grip seat rows 195# 6x
close grip pull downs 185# 8x
