Same here mate, angry since i got up , prolly cause of the weather , 42 degrees Celsius here, i'm having really hard time to consume 4200 calories lol , stuffing my face every 1h with smaller portions . i only feel like drinkin shitloads of water

Good thing i decided to postpone my cycle for next week, it won't be so hot anymore... feel like i can't retain water at all + my strength went to hell last 3 days

Parents used to say that to me, never believed them.

Thanks obs. I always do what i can not to make the world a worse off place.

Im very lucky to have a nice upbringing in the countryside with a family that wasnt crippled with debt or issues. Most of what i am i attribute to that.
Other than that i just enjoy people being happy for the most part. Making friends with them i guess facilitates that in some way.

    Cheers big guy.

I can't do anything down here this damn heatwave is putting me into chronic heat exhaustion even if sitting still and cooled by fanning I would get feverish, it's killing me.

Heck even the ice up the mountains is melting.

Im melting at 20 degrees Celsius. Lord be with you at your temperatures. I take it the gym is out of the question atm?

If you wouldnt get many strange looks then i reccomend soaking your t-shirt in cold water and wringing it out before putting it on.

Used to do it in the summer when i worked on a farm. Feels delightful

No gym time atm no I usually train in the evening when body temp is peaking it's best I stay home and sip anything cold.

It's not so much the temp (40° C) but the high moisture thing making it unbearable.

Yeah I'm getting pretty weird looks because of bulging eyes and shirt plus face soaking in sweat the sort I get in winter when still wearing light clothes

Fuck it I need to move to a cooler place I can't stand another summer like this.

    Greenland anyone?

Try soaking your shirt. Wear a dark colour so its not obvious but you avoid nasty sweat stains too. Almost mimics the cooling effect of sweating also as the water evapourates from your skin.

Greenland is where santa is from right? The sharks over there are fucking terrifying btw.

We dont get the humidity problem here so i have no magical scottish remedy im afraid

Eh dark colours attract the sunrays better than light ones, that would make it worse. I don't feel that bad in the morning btw.

Greenland is that desert of ice lying next to Canada. No idea where Santa's from.

Well actually, the model from which Santa derived is that of Saint Nicholas which appears to be patron of my city. His relics are hosted here. Around year 1000, local sailors departed to rescue them from the city of Myra in asia minor, after the turkish invasion.

Since you seem to display the same level of anger as I do, we don't we both get an heavy punch bag? I think I'm going to install one at home as soon as the summer fades away. I believe it's the best kind of cardio for a male, lot of kc to be burned plus you train at throwing punches.

I don't really like to beat ppl.

Never liked boxing either, was thinking of starting something more practical like Krav Maga later this year.

Sometimes i get the urge but on the whole i dont want to hurt folk. Never been in a physical confrontation in my life.

Looks interesting. Apparantly the daddy of practical fighting styles... i think it would be hard to beat a boxer however.

Carb cycling is a killer. Absolutely no focus on my low days. Can feel myself in a daze at traffic lights, fighting my bodies urge to sleep..

Not good. Hard to be in the workout mindset also.

What would be the reasoning for that? Im down to my last few tabs. Not so sure im going to renew my supply. Still feel lethargic when eating.

It helps the system get rid of E2 faster, and you sound like running low of that , too.

I noticed above you did legs on a Friday, is that the same day you eat high-carbs? Just asking as you, generally speaking, in a lean bulk will want to correlate large muscle groups with high-carb days.

I dont have a set workout schedule in regards to my diet unfortunatly. My shifts change constantly and right now i am doing alot of studying. Im on high carb day today with no training. My next leg day will fall on a low day. Its far from optimal i understand but i train whenever i get an opertuning regardless of what day it is.

Do you think the difference it would make would be worth making extra efforts to put big muscle groups near high carb days?

I usually take preworkout stims becore training on low days.ĺ

Yes, try to coordinate your daily expenditure with your daily intake. I know that sounds like my dry wit but it isn't, its just the easiest way to say it.

Siince i said that ive tried to make it so i do back chest and legs round about the higher carb days. I try to stay in a deficit each day. Ill always do more cardio on high kcal days and sometimes ill miss in low days.

Do you reckon its that bad? I walk fast at an incline on The treadmill. Ive heard people ssy not to do it but i didnt think there was a legit reason... may have To look further into it.

Where 'should' it be at? 100ish or so? Remember it wasnt a sensitive e2. Just a basic estradial. Dont think we have the proper one here

Hard to say. Optimal E2 should land between 20-30 pg/ml (75-110), the standard assay will tend to overestimate so keep that in mind.

There is no chance to get sensitive E2 in all of EU , I think. The technology it's pretty expensive and not affordable by small, private labs. We might see it in hospitals (ok maybe not NHS lol) some day but it will likely be reserved to estrogen-dependent ca patients.
