100% negativity that we have fought hard.

You are right its between him and family guy actually but I am not the only guy sick of his pure negative demeanor.

My friends are pretty much any supportive person on the board btw including you.

This site is great for informationbut even more than that the brotherhood. When an iron brother is having a rough go being able to be thete for them when a family member is dying, deathly sick like FG's father, getting a divorce, or even just burnt put and depressed is better than all scientific fact on earth.

We are bodybuildets and bleed thick blood togeether. People who push like we do are gonna need real support at some point.

I am done now but come on windex... Remove the stickfrom your ass.
We bleed thick blood because they won't let us donate

My pre workout is ephedrine and redbull but I actually have tried the stuff Famguy was talking about. It was good for the bargain.

    Thanks in advance
I liked the AMP citrate and DMAA based pre workouts when I look for something strong. Problem for me is they last too long, often the entire day.

I want something that gives me a kick while in the gym and then wears off. AMP citrate and DMAA keep you amped up 8-12 hours easily. I don't enjoy stimulants so that's far to long for me.

Wow, what a response from a newly promoted member. Pathetic.

Firstly, Cortisol levels can fluctuate throughout the day, and a higher, or lower, level at any given point isn't indicative of a problem.

Secondly, your quick google searched peer reviewed studies only state the obvious: cortisol levels rise with stress and/or caffeine intake. You are trying to infer that, therefore, muscular atrophy will occur because cortisol levels are negatively impacted. Where you fail to shine is by showing studies that indicate what levels of cortisol rise, or fall, actually have anything more than a negligible impact on muscular tissue size. This has been argued for decades. I can also quickly pull up some google searched studies, but you seem to be better at that than I. I prefer the UM data research portal that I used to get both of my PhDs. But yeah, continue to use ncbi.

    Just, wow. What an asshole.

I take BSN Amino X, good stuff, it works. And I cannot advise anyone exactly this, because I don’t know if they have any health problems. But I can recommend looking at the options here https://gym-expert.com/best-stimulant-free-pre-workout/. This site has reviews for other pre-workout supplements as well. There are those without creatine, etc. You have to watch and try.
